It was a genuine pleasure being looked after by Chris. I came in with quite a "shopping list" of what it would take for him to make the sale. Now, I had done a fair bit of homework before I called to make an appointment at London City, but I was literally in and out in less than 45 minutes and they bent over backwards to make sure that I would buy our new vehicle there. This was our second vehicle purchase at London City in four years. This was such a positive experience that I have been singing their praises ever since.
