GREAT experience - this dealership was more fun than a barrel of xxxxxxx (especially the gong!). I recently purchased a brand new vehicle, I had been shopping around at different dealerships and the minute I met Chris everything changed. Being from a customer service background it is very hard to impress me, but Greg did! He never gave up on trying to get the car that I wanted and he was also willing to help me with everything else that involves purchasing a car, he answered any questions I had. My first review of this dealership was not good, however since my experience of the mishap about 5 weeks ago the facility has worked their best at rectifying the situation and getting my car to an acceptabl since my experience of the mishap about 5 weeks ago the facility has worked their best at rectifying the situation and getting my car to an acceptable quality. Also they have done their best on assisting my family on reclaiming an important event that was missed due to previous issue with the dealership. I feel that the issues have been since resolved and they where apologetic and sincere. I took my car to the service shop today and even though they where busy they understood I would require a loaner vehicle that has all the latches to be able to harness my child's carseat in properly and they put the carseat in for me, I feel they considered my child's safety. I was very upset and verbal the last time I was at the dealership however they did not treat or talk to me negatively during my recent visit and I thing we have all gotten passed it and have been respectful to one another to continue with positive business. I wanted to purchase a used vehicle in the begining not thinking a new vehicle was a possibilty. Greg had suggested that he could make a new vehicle come in on the budget i had planned.
