James informed me of the current promotions and that it was the ideal time to buy, being the end of the model year, end of the month and that the manager was in a particularly good mood (willing to deal), although as is always the case there was some of the standard haggling, it wouldn't be fun if there wasn't. The one thing that really struck me about James is he didn't even attempt to sell me on anything I didn't need. I asked about the difference between the Sahara and Rubicon models as my job literally killed my previous vehicle and after describing my use, James said the Rubi would be overkill and more expensive to operate. James continued to show his commitment with a few issues that occurred on pick up and when my ownership failed to arrive. Taking charge and ensuring I was satisfied, and had what I needed. I will recommend Both James and LCC to anyone that asks, Thanks all, btw the manager also helped out when needed, and also was friendly and eager to ensure I left satisfied. More
