One Happy Camper! I visited a couple of weeks ago, looking into a new vehicle to replace my aging Caliber. I go camping a lot, so cargo space was my main priority, whi I visited a couple of weeks ago, looking into a new vehicle to replace my aging Caliber. I go camping a lot, so cargo space was my main priority, which is why I focused on a Journey. I was met at the entrance with lots of smiles from reception, sales reps. Within a few minutes I was on a test drive with Jay- he was very helpful pointing out all of the added cargo and perks of the vehicle. He listened to exactly what I wanted in a car and there was no pressure to add on unnecessary extras. I also met with Garry, who was very helpful with the paperwork and the final steps in the sale. Ali walked me through the financial aspect and made it a very pleasant experience. If I would have known that purchasing a new car was this easy, fun and hassle free, I probably would have done it long ago! Great experience and everything they promised We were skeptical when we went into the dealership as we had been "burned" before. Jay was the first person we met and answered our questions and se We were skeptical when we went into the dealership as we had been "burned" before. Jay was the first person we met and answered our questions and seemed up front and straight to the point in what we wanted to do and what we were looking for. Things moved quickly (a little quicker than I expected) which lead me to feel, at first that the end result would be the same as we had been treated in the past. After discussing our concerns and options with Jay and Chris, including keeping within our monthly payment limits, we were able to trade-in, trade-up as well as received the manufactures' rebates which lowered our over all price and payments. A quick appraisal for our truck with Matt and then we met with Justin to arrange financing...I was again left with some doubt (from previous experiences). Justin came back to us with immediate and reassuring results. Anytime I needed to contact them they were quick to respond and I didn't feel like I was being put-off in any way. We went in one day to "just look" and within a week we have our first brand new vehicle. No pressures or hassles. I can honestly say I have never dealt with any dealership before who treated us as well as they did as soon as we walked in the door right up to handing us the keys. I'll be recommending London City Chrysler to anyone who is interested in purchasing their next vehicle. More
