When I came back so my wife could test drive the truck (Randy was not in I knew this in advance) two other people from the sales staff seamlessly took over giving her their undivided attention, answering all her questions, and showing her the truck. All this being said , nice is nice and price is price . To my surprise and relief I didn't have to haggle over price! I had done my homework and looked all over Ontario (especially Toronto) at similar vehicles and it wasn't worth my time to call around and reassure myself . We were introduced to Rob Pharand and talked of getting a Jeep Sport, with some optional packages we thought we needed. Rob showed us the benefits of a Jeep North, with the extra options we wanted. After considering the deal for several days we returned and as the specific Jeep we wanted wasn't available the order was placed to build it. Before I talked to him I thought I wouldn't even come close to qualifying for a new car, but he really opened up my options. I feel like the response times could have been better when I was inquiring about a used car they had, but when I said I wanted the new car then everything sped up. Funny how that happens.
