I walked into the showroom and was warmly greeted by the receptionist and she quickly arranged for Jay McCormack to help me with my search. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful at times.. but Jay made me feel at ease immediately. It wasn't long before it felt like Jay and I were old buddies. I had a specific need for a sunroof that this vehicle was missing.. when I mentioned it to Jay he said "no problem, we can have one put in". I purchased the vehicle.. the truck was ready early and when I picked it up the sunroof was installed and was better than I expected. Recently I was trying to figure out the coffee machine error when an older gentleman stepped in to help me out. Great Service I came into London City Chrysler and was greeted by the receptionist, who introduced me to Jesse. I was unsure what type of SUV I wanted. Jesse was so I came into London City Chrysler and was greeted by the receptionist, who introduced me to Jesse. I was unsure what type of SUV I wanted. Jesse was so patient and knowledgable, he went through lots of different types of SUV's with me to find out which one suited me best. He also did many price quotes to get me to the price I wanted. He was very nice and it didn't bother him to answer my many questions. Jesse was also not pushy which I liked it made me feel more comfortable buying a car without feeling pressure to buy something I couldnt afford or that wasn't right for me. When I came to pick up my new Dodge Journey it was detailed to the tee. Mitchell Miskin had done the detailing and it was very well done, cound't have asked for a better job. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would reccommend anyone to go there!!! More
