Superficial, insincere, feel ripped off I've been a customer for a long while now but lately I can't help but feel ripped off. I always receive a call while I have it in the shop being 'serviced' that something else needs to be fixed which comes with an increased price tag. Even the vacuuming and washing of the vehicle which is 'complementary' or 'included' in the service isn't what it used to be. More

Surprise...diagnosis confirmed what I had concluded Mgr estimated approx $500 + to replace cheap plastice coupling Foned 2 other dealers and they quoted 2.5 hrs labour or $325 (US dealer quoted $200US) Returned to Langley mgr and he asked me to identify which Hyundai dealer had quoted $325 ?? When reluctantly told him he asked me to wait and see if his mechanic agreed...and yes...they agreed to match $325 quote Very unprofessional conduct...Got job completed with full satisfaction at alternate dealer Never again for either purchase or service from these "curb siders" More

My 19 year old family friend went into the dealership to look at a 2018 used Elantra GT. After driving the car he wanted to think it over. Shortly after, the salesperson called him to ask him how things are going and suggested he pay a small refundable deposit to "hold the car". He gave them a deposit over the phone and was told it was refundable. A few days later he decided on something different and called. His salesperson said not problem. A week later no refund . As an adult, I was concerned and personally went to see the manager in person. The Finance Manager gave me an excuse that deposits are returned by cheque and it takes 2-3 weeks. It was clear she did not care or was not interested in helping. She would not even give me the number of the Accounting department I could call. I found her to be very unprofessional. It has been 18 days now and still no refund. Based on my experience if you are a younger person and not familiar with buying a car I would not buy from here. They are not a good dealership. More

They also suggested that I have another maintenance issue taken care of at the same time. I appreciated their communication with me throughout the servicing and that a courtesy driver/vehicle was provided to get me to work and back again to pick up my vehicle, which had been washed and ready for my pick-up. Staff were friendly and very courteous. More
