Instead of falling into the cliche of a car salesman these men stepped up and made us feel like the only thing that mattered was our happiness. No cons or manipulation, they took care of us without worrying about their profit. It was so nice to have an experience like this, sincere and not about what can I sell them but rather what do THEY NEED. We have been with Langley Hyundai for about 5years and will continue our relationship for a long time to come. Thank you. J&C More

We took the numbers home to think about and crunch and after speaking to Murray again and them caving and giving us what we wanted we compared the deals and Murray was just a little better. We went back to Tyler and asked him to come up a little higher on our trades and then we sealed the deal. They even performed an oil change at their cost to my vehicle that was being traded in because we had to factory order our new vehicle and mine was overdue for its service. They also added another $100 to the trade since we would be paying more insurance as well since we had to wait for the new vehicle. Sergio was also a huge help. More

unprofessional or unscrupulous In 30 years of buying vehicles for business and personal use I have never come across a more unprofessional and unscrupulous car lot. As soon as the dotted line is signed they treat you with contempt and reneged on promises. In our case a 640 dollar back up camera which was supposed to be installed upon delivery. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend buying it elsewhere as I do not feel the sort of behaviour we experienced is unique to our situation but more of a practise standard for Langley Hyundai. More

We had a great experience when we bought 2014 Sante Fe SUV at Langley Hyundai. We went there on Monday, and drove home with the new vehicle on Wednesday. Thank you everyone in Langley Hyundai especially the sales representative Tyler Sealey. Tyler was awesome, very friendly and professional. Tyler has a great knowledge about cars. He never pushed me and my fiancé to buy anything, and he was very patient with us when we had questions. Bad service and no respect My daughter went in with a friend and her parents to purchase a new car. The deal was made, papers signed, certified cheque was given and a deposit was put down. Was told that the car she wanted should be delivered in approximately 3-5 working days. By the time we arrived home, the salesman had called and asked her to call back. When she called back, the saleman wanted to clarify the order and then stated that what she wanted is not available and to get what she wanted will now cost $4000.00 more. Sounds more like a bait and switch. We went back to the dealer to talk. He states that if she wants the sunroof and leather seats, she will have to go to the next package up (cost $4000.00 more). She did not want to pay more. Then the salesman suggest that she can have the 2 items put in after market at a cost of approximately $2500.00 but the warranty will be voided due to the cut in the roof. Why would she be that stupid. Told him to cancel the deal, give back the cheque (deposit had to be processed and a cheque would have to be made out to her) She stated mail it (1 week later they called and stated that the cheque was ready - don't even know to mail it as per previous instructions) The salesman did not listen at to her, gave her no respect and I would recommend no one to buy from there especially if you are a female or don't mind paying more than the deal you make. He took us outside and then Brenda from Sales came out. She showed us some in our price range so we tried one and then sealed the deal by trading in our Sonata for a 2004 Santa Fe. Great people and service. The Sonata we traded in was originally purchased from them in 1996. You always stay with the people that treat you as family. Will keep in touch with them for future purchases. More
