I was pleased surprised to see that My car was washed and vacuumed and all repairs were paid by Hyundai. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your service needs. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T GO HERE Worst experience ever. Do not go to this location! If they make a mistake you will still be expected to pay for it. Hours after leaving the lot my car was making noises, look under the hood and the oil cap is missing. Had to wait for them to come put a new one on, which took time away from my afternoon as I was unable to drive the car in the meantime. When I talked to the service manager he was rude, telling me mistakes happen but I still have to pay full price for a service they did not do properly. He didn't even some apologetic for the fact that it disrupted my day or the fact that they failed to properly complete the oil change. Had the service manager offered to reimburse me for the cost of the oil change I would have had no issue going back to his location. But due to his lack of service skills I will not be going back to this location again, let alone buying a Hyundai again. More

After my first servicing, my brand new vehicle was running worse than my old vehicle that I traded it in for, so, I called and asked for my vehicle to be re-serviced. This past Saturday, 09/26/2015, I returned to have my oil changed, a full diagnostic was to be run, and they were going to wash and vacuum my vehicle. 1) After leaving the servicing center at 11:15 am, I was expecting to receive a phone call an hour or two later; At 2:45 pm, I called to see if the servicing was complete - "Oh, yes. Your vehicle was ready a while ago.." - Okay, great.. thanks for the phone call to pick up my vehicle.. 2) Upon arrival, I noticed that the "car-wash" they had done on my vehicle was poor to say the least - the only part of the vehicle that was "washed" was the sides and rear-end; the rest was dirty and had awful spots left all over it. 3) When I opened my vehicle, I noticed that the vacuuming they did was to the floor mats only - not down the sides, under the seat, or even in the trunk space. 4) My sunglasses were missing from the inside, and the 'N' on the back of my vehicle was gone! As disgruntled as I had already been with my experience here, now I was beyond angry. I went back inside and told them that they shouldn't be offering services (i.e: washing and vacuuming) if they couldn't adhere to standards set by any gas station car wash.. I demanded that they return my possessions to me, and re-clean my vehicle. Now, at 4:30 pm, whilst driving away from the lot, I notice that there was no sticker advising me when to have my vehicle serviced again .. I wanted the service manager to be aware of my experience here, so, I called and left a voicemail for the service manager, Gabriel, to give me a call back when he was in the office. I spoke to Gabriel at 10:04 am, this morning, and he advised me that my "false accusations" of his employees stealing my possessions were "out-of-line." When I advised him that I was happy to take my services elsewhere, he replied with "That's fine by me, doesn't look like we're going to be able to make you happy anyways, Carly" (My name is NOT Carly....) - WHAT kind of manager doesn't try to salvage business, and what kind of employer doesn't take it seriously when his employees are thieves!? SUCH a joke of a place. More
Bunch of Crooks- Even Delaying a deposit refund These guys are crooks!! starting with Jack Doherty, who likes to call himself a car saleman (fits the car salesman description completely), while we w These guys are crooks!! starting with Jack Doherty, who likes to call himself a car saleman (fits the car salesman description completely), while we waited for him to come in the reception area, he asks the receptionist where I am and says it better be worth my coming from my lunch.....so much for something called customer service and basic respect......shows what a true car salesman is. I still dont take offence and do a deal subject to my company giving me the funds by the next week and put down a refundable deposit. The deal does not go through with the funds not showing up, and I advised them by both sms and email and the tone changes and they get aggressive with me saying they wont refund it. Its unbelievable that anyone would even go to these crooks. At the time of writing they haven't responded to paying me back despite my visit there and a discussion with the Manager who continually chews on a plastic straw like a mob leader and who point blank said he wont give the funds back.....and that's in the presence of a third party there too on the conversation and since then its already been 2 days with no answer. Dont ever go to them, look at their attitude even with those who they sold cars to. More
Not in the business of selling cars! Wow, my husband and I were interested in buying a new Santa Fe, but after going to Langley Hyundai we will never go back. Half the cars had garbage in them, they were not clean inside, we couldn't get any salemans attention. There was one walking around the lot, but he was more interested in a cigarette than customers. Go to another dealership, and save yourself some time More

Perfect car buying experience, thanks G After several attempts to purchase a new vehicle, I was pleased to arrive at the Langley Hyundai store early morning last week. It was around 8 AM w After several attempts to purchase a new vehicle, I was pleased to arrive at the Langley Hyundai store early morning last week. It was around 8 AM when I arrived and although there were no salesmen on shift yet, the sales manager Gurpreet (G) arrived, quickly spotted me and invited me in to his office. He sent one of his lot staff over to Tim Horton's to get us coffee's while we discussed what I would like to see in my new vehicle. After about 30 minutes he had helped me select the perfect new 2016 Santa fe XL. It was a real pleasure to deal here and I felt absolutely no pressure at all. G's honest and straight forward approach left me feeling appreciated and respected. I have told several of my friends to go see them for their next vehicle purchase. Thanks and best of luck to you all at Langley Hyundai!! More

I love my Hyundai vehicle but please buy your vehicle at another dealership. I bought one of their used vehicles. I found some issues with the vehicle prior to buying it and as part of the contract I asked for them to be fixed. After purchasing I found out that there was only 1 key for the vehicle and asked for them to supply a second one. I was told that I would get another key by the sales manager. Shortly after the manager left the dealership. I contacted the new manager to arrange for the work to be done to the vehicle and for the new key. The nightmare then started. I was told that I would not be getting another key as it was not something that had been put into the original contract. Of course it was not in the contract as I did not know that there was only one key until I took possession of the vehicle. I then asked about the repairs and was told that it would be scheduled and that I would be called when a day and time was scheduled. I then spent the next 3 weeks calling to get the repairs done. I dealt with the sales manager and the director of sales and both advised that they would look into it and call. Well I never received any calls back. Instead I had to continually call them. After almost 4 week I had to contact the repair shop myself to get an appointment date and then called the manager to tell them the date that it was going in. After all of the time I had to waste to get the repairs finished I also got told that I would not be getting another key as they could not afford $172. I thought that I was being quite reasonable with my request as I was still going to have to pay $90 to have the key programmed. Apparently my business was not worth the cost of the key. More
