TRANS SERVICE QUOTE CALLED FOR QUOTE ON TRANS OIL CHANGE ON MY CORVETTE, THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THE QUOTE AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD TALK TO SHOP AND GET BACK TO ME. 24 HOU CALLED FOR QUOTE ON TRANS OIL CHANGE ON MY CORVETTE, THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THE QUOTE AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD TALK TO SHOP AND GET BACK TO ME. 24 HOURS LATER I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT DO A FULL CHANGE ON THE TRANS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EQUIPEMENT TO DO THIS. SO IF THEY CAN'T DO THE SERVICE IT SEEMS THAT IT IS OK TO LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HANGING AND NOT RETURN THE CALL AS PROMISED. HAVE MADE MY LAST CALL TO THIS PLACE. More

Excellent service for the 5th time around. Our family bought a 2011 Cruze which we really enjoyed. We got a call from our salesperson Luke Price asking if we wanted to upgrade to a new 2015 Cru Our family bought a 2011 Cruze which we really enjoyed. We got a call from our salesperson Luke Price asking if we wanted to upgrade to a new 2015 Cruze and keep our payment the same. We didn't even know we could do that. We got into the new Cruze and loved it. We had mentioned we were interested in seeing the new Colorado when it came in and again Luke called and let us know that it was in and scheduled a test drive. We bought a 2015 Colorado which wasn't on the lot. They looked everywhere to find us one they were hard to find but they got us the one we wanted. Luke and Joe called us 9 months later to tell us that the colorados were brining big money on trade and would we want to upgrade to the 2016 model and keep our payments the same. So now we new Cruze and Colorado and are extremely happy. We have referred my parents who have bought 2 from them as well. They look after us in sales and follow through with that promise in service. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Greasy.......and not in a good way! Happened to be driving by and stopped in to browse the used truck inventory. 20 min wandering around, not a salesperson in sight. We had to go into the showroom and ask the receptionist to page one for us. We were greeted by Luke Price who seemed nice and eager. After getting a few prices on the used trucks we decided it was better to just buy new instead. We settled on a 2016 GMC Sierra, turns out it was the owners wife's demo. The unit already had a tonneau cover and weather tech floor mats which we were told by Luke would be included in the price. We had a trade, agreed upon a price for the new vehicle and did the deal. The day came to pick up the truck and I admit, we were in a bit of a hurry. We signed the paper work and it wasn't until we got home we realized we were billed for the tonneau cover and floor mats not once but twice (the greasy part). The next day we called and emailed back and forth with Luke to get this straightened out but we were told that that was just the way the bill was written up, that the numbers add up but they didn't and Luke could no longer do anything so the issue escalated up to the owners wife. Several email conversations back and forth but she clearly couldn't be bothered to rectify the situation. Heaven forbid you voice your displeasure on social media because you will swiftly get a threatening phone call from the owner himself who seems to be only concerned with his dealer customer rating. NEWSFLASH take care of your customers and you will get good ratings. Needless to say we will have no further dealings with Lakeside nor will we recommend this "stealership" to anyone else. More
