Excellent customer Service Last year my 2011 GMC Terrain was on recall for defective door panel sealing, I called Hall Wright’s in Owen Sound to try and make an appointment to g Last year my 2011 GMC Terrain was on recall for defective door panel sealing, I called Hall Wright’s in Owen Sound to try and make an appointment to get the work done, they let me know up front that I wouldn’t be given a loner car and the work wouldn’t be done there, I was given the number for an auto body shop in Owen Sound and I was to call them directly and make an appointment to get the work done. Having my Husband in a Nursing Home, I knew it would be difficult to be without transportation for a few days so I put the work off for a few months, when the deadline neared i knew I had to get the work done or lose the recall, someone suggested I call Lakeside GMC in Kincardine to see if they could do the work, I now wish I had called them to begin with, I was given a loner car and one of the employees took my vehicle over to Walkerton to an auto body shop and returned it to Lakeside when it was ready, I was totally impressed with the way I was treated, my next vehicle will be purchased there for sure, I highly recommend this dealership. More
