Great people! My Wife and I were looking for a Van. We visited a few different dealerships, and most didn’t even come outside to greet us. We checked out a differen My Wife and I were looking for a Van. We visited a few different dealerships, and most didn’t even come outside to greet us. We checked out a different dodge dealership, and the sales associate seemed unmotivated to work within our budget. We complained about the experience over dinner with my parents, and they recommended going to see Lakeridge in Port Hope. We decided to visit them. Within a few minutes of us arriving, an associate was asking if they could help. We spoke to the manager, Ian. When he heard of our experience he was determined to work with us and to do whatever he could to take care of us. He was honest and gave us a bunch of choices. We found a 2018 Grand Caravan that had everything we wanted. And Ian set us up exactly on our target budget. It was a dream come true: we got the van we wanted - for the price we wanted to pay. Afterwords, I spoke with their Parts guy, Josh, to order a few things. He was super patient as we went through the catalog to find the part numbers, and was very thorough to make sure we ordered the right stuff. - Another great experience. We are super excited about our new Grand Caravan, and we will be returning to Lakeridge for any car needs in the future. More
