I purchased my 2011 Dodge Avenger from Matthew at Lakeridge Chrysler. I had been recommended to him and his dealership through a co-worker of mine who had recently purchased there and had a great exp Lakeridge Chrysler. Uponing arriving he promptly met me at the door and introducded himself as the owner. I was very impressed to learn that the owner would be helping me. After asking me a few questions, He recommended an Avenger. After driving the car, Matthew gave me a much higher trade in value than any other dealer I had been to. He also gave me a very aggresive price on the Avenger. The General Manager, Chad also helped me with the financing. I must say it was a pleasure to deal with him. He didn't try to push any other "products" on me. I picked up my new Avenger the next day! I must say that this was the most professional purchase I have ever made. The atmosphere at Lakeridge Chrylser was amazing. Everybody was chipping in to help out. I would HIGHLY recommended Matthew and his team!!! More

I wanted to share my experience with everybody i could. I initially went in to Lakeridge Chrysler to check out the new Jeep Cherokee and was amazed at how friendly and welcoming everyone at this dealership I initially went in to Lakeridge Chrysler to check out the new Jeep Cherokee and was amazed at how friendly and welcoming everyone at this dealership was. There were a couple of other customers in the showroom so I thought that it would be a while before someone could help me, however Matthew came out of his office and proceeded to welcome me to his dealership and guide me through the process of buying a new vehicle. While I was being taken care of I couldn't help but notice how positive everyone was there. It seemed as though the other 2 customers were having as good of a time as I was. WHen I left there that day I was the proud owner of a new Jeep Cherokee and felt as though I had received some of the best customer service I had ever been given. In today's busy world it is very rare that you find a place that is comfortable to do business and they made a big decision easier. Just wanted take a moment to share a recent car shopping experience I had with this dealer. First off, I had previously gone to two other dealerships and had a pretty good idea of the vehicle and price poi experience I had with this dealer. My friend had recently bought a car here and a great experience so I figured I’d give them a shot. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly, easy going, yet knowledgeable salesman. Right away I felt more comfortable then the two previous experiences and roamed their lot hassle free. After a short while we sat down and struck a deal… I was able to find exactly what I was looking at a lower price! I know buying a car is significant and can be a stressful event but I left quite happy with my purchase. Based on my initial interaction, I feel I can call them at anytime with an issue and know they will take care of me. If anyone is looking for a dealer that is honest and provides competitive prices, I highly recommend you check them out. More

I drove into the dealership, and opened the door of my vehicle. I was immediately attacked by one of the salesmen there. When I asked if I could look around, the salesman told me that he was going to help vehicle. I was immediately attacked by one of the salesmen there. I told him I would just look to see if any used vehicles caught my eye, and the salesman walked beside me for a few steps. I turned to him and said that I could either look at the cars, or I could leave if he wanted me to. He then threw his hands up and walked away. About 3 minutes later, I saw the sales manager rushing over to me. He told me that I shouldn't talk to his sales people like that because they are just doing their job. I said that I was done looking and I didn't see anything I liked, and Chad (the sales manager) looked at me and told me that he didn't see anything he liked either. I emailed Matthew (the owner of the dealership) to tell him that I did not like the treatment, and I did not get any reply back. Stay away from this dealership. The prices are the same as any other, and there are much better people to deal with at other dealerships. More

I found that they were very rude. I'll never go back again. Called about a part i needed they said to take off in bring in.
