Scammers I went in for maintainace on my 2012 ford focus asked the to fix my water pump. Was told they still needed to do a routine inspection like I expected. Incompetent service department brought my ford in for oil change. they changed oil, flushed the coolant, they found that my rear brakes needed to be replaced so i got them to replac brought my ford in for oil change. they changed oil, flushed the coolant, they found that my rear brakes needed to be replaced so i got them to replace the rear brakes. Got home and the next day checked the oil in my vehicle. It was down 1 liter checked the garage floor no oil on it went back to Lakeland ford and was told there might be a small oil leak on the engine but could not tell for sure. LOST 1 liter in 10 blocks i don t think so. If they would of told me the mech. didnt check the oil after he done the oil change i would of been ok with that. Why lie, Sucks have to go to Saskatoon to get good FORD service More
