Over priced used vehicles I bought a used jeep wrangler through them with low km. I found the previous owners ipod in my vehicle and informed the dealer ship and they refused to contact the owners and insisted it they cleaned the vehicle out so it couldn't be the previous owners. I later found a bunch of paper work giving me the previous owner adress, phone numbers and full name. I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle I bought from them. I later found out the dealer ship w Ripped me off and I'm still paying for my first tank of gas. Everyone else I know who bought a used vehicle from there also found out they paid way to much for their vehicles. More

I bought my first new car at LA Mazda, a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback and the service department is fantastic, the one time I wasn't satisfied they made sur I bought my first new car at LA Mazda, a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback and the service department is fantastic, the one time I wasn't satisfied they made sure to investigate further to find the problem and have it fixed. Recently Jordan at LA Mazda had been working with me for months to try and find me a vehicle in my price range with the interesting situation I am in. He went above and beyond and so did Tristan the sales rep and the finance ladies. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. I never would have expected such amazing treatment from a dealership. My 14 month old son has made friends with many staff members because they kept him busy when I was there for a few hours. Everyone went above and beyond. I'm very greatful and will be back. Highly recommend LA Mazda More

Terrific!!! I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for over 3 months. LA Mazada had one advertised, the exact model of which I had been hunting for I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for over 3 months. LA Mazada had one advertised, the exact model of which I had been hunting for and I had another dealer looking for. I am SO glad I made the trip from St. Albert to Leduc. It was worth every mile. I dealt with Cory who is fairly new to this organization. Not only was Cory professional but very polite and a cheer to deal with. As well, the manager, Gilbert was terrific to deal with. Never once did I ever feel pressured on the deal as in past dealings by "Ford". I'll never own a Ford again. Love the Jeep it was all I wanted and I truly feel I got a real fair deal. I can't wait to pick it up. If you're looking for an awesome team to deal with, GO to LA Mazda, they are so awesome to deal with from the moment you walk in the door until the time you exit!! Amazingly professional and patient!!!! Finance stayed after hours to button things up and once that was done the manager was there to shake our hands and see us on our way. No complaints at all.
