Take Advantage of Naive Buyers Two years ago this dealership took total advantage of my son, his girlfriend and newborn daughter. They used every sales tactic in the book to sell hi Two years ago this dealership took total advantage of my son, his girlfriend and newborn daughter. They used every sales tactic in the book to sell him on warranties, extras, and an overpriced vehicle. Just last night, after my son has hardly worked in the past year and a half due to the economy, he went back to this dealership to see if they could help him out. They told him they would give him $15K for a car that he still owed $31K on and in turn would sell him another car (the same year with a few more options and 20,000 less km for only another $25K! What an amazing deal!!!!....until my wife and I got there to intercept this joke of a deal. I asked the sales manager if he would sign his name to this great deal and all I got was, "this isn't my deal" and a lot of sales spiel. The more he was questioned on the integrity of their business practices and how they manage their financing (my wife works at a bank) all we got from him was a lot of frustration and some blather about his father being in the army for 35 years and how dare we question his integrity. Needless to say we walked out and will never set place in that dealership again and would suggest the same for anyone else ever shopping for a new car or truck. More

Over priced used vehicles I bought a used jeep wrangler through them with low km. I found the previous owners ipod in my vehicle and informed the dealer ship and they refused to contact the owners and insisted it they cleaned the vehicle out so it couldn't be the previous owners. I later found a bunch of paper work giving me the previous owner adress, phone numbers and full name. I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle I bought from them. I later found out the dealer ship w Ripped me off and I'm still paying for my first tank of gas. Everyone else I know who bought a used vehicle from there also found out they paid way to much for their vehicles. More

I bought my first new car at LA Mazda, a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback and the service department is fantastic, the one time I wasn't satisfied they made sur I bought my first new car at LA Mazda, a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback and the service department is fantastic, the one time I wasn't satisfied they made sure to investigate further to find the problem and have it fixed. Recently Jordan at LA Mazda had been working with me for months to try and find me a vehicle in my price range with the interesting situation I am in. He went above and beyond and so did Tristan the sales rep and the finance ladies. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. I never would have expected such amazing treatment from a dealership. My 14 month old son has made friends with many staff members because they kept him busy when I was there for a few hours. Everyone went above and beyond. I'm very greatful and will be back. Highly recommend LA Mazda More
