Amazing experience & extremely pleased I bought my first car from L.A. Mazda in 2012. In the first week of July 2016, Bradon, gave me a call to see if I am interested in lowering my interes I bought my first car from L.A. Mazda in 2012. In the first week of July 2016, Bradon, gave me a call to see if I am interested in lowering my interest rate. I came in the dealership and on the same day, I trade in my car to a new Mazda 3 2016 with a lower interest rate. Bradon was a great salesman, he even suggested the color of the car which I absolutely love. And to top it off he even bought a new paint pen for my car. I will definitely suggest this dealership to any of my friends anytime. 👍👍👍 More

When I sold my Mazda 3 recently and was interested in a new vehicle I dealt almost exclusively with Amit. First off, I can't say enough about how respectful and genuinely kind Amit was when dealing with myself and my family. I always appreciated the fact that I was never pressured into anything by him. Amit let me establish the pace and process in buying the car and was incredibly helpful while I deliberated. When I was ready to commit to a vehicle, Amit was able to explain everything inside and out about the purchase. Then everybody that Amit connected us with throughout the purchase process was also very helpful. Obviously buying a vehicle is an expensive process for most people in the world so having Amit help us through the process was invaluable. If I come across other people looking into a Mazda I will definitely send them out to Amit and LA Mazda. More

A painless car buying experience ... really! The guys in finance (Jeff and Evan) both worked hard to get me the financing I was comfortable with so I could drive away in the car I really wanted. Take Advantage of Naive Buyers Two years ago this dealership took total advantage of my son, his girlfriend and newborn daughter. They used every sales tactic in the book to sell hi Two years ago this dealership took total advantage of my son, his girlfriend and newborn daughter. They used every sales tactic in the book to sell him on warranties, extras, and an overpriced vehicle. Just last night, after my son has hardly worked in the past year and a half due to the economy, he went back to this dealership to see if they could help him out. They told him they would give him $15K for a car that he still owed $31K on and in turn would sell him another car (the same year with a few more options and 20,000 less km for only another $25K! What an amazing deal!!!!....until my wife and I got there to intercept this joke of a deal. I asked the sales manager if he would sign his name to this great deal and all I got was, "this isn't my deal" and a lot of sales spiel. The more he was questioned on the integrity of their business practices and how they manage their financing (my wife works at a bank) all we got from him was a lot of frustration and some blather about his father being in the army for 35 years and how dare we question his integrity. Needless to say we walked out and will never set place in that dealership again and would suggest the same for anyone else ever shopping for a new car or truck. More
