Total joke Absolutely horrible finance service.. I was told by the finance manager they would have me approved for what I wanted and he told me to turn down the Absolutely horrible finance service.. I was told by the finance manager they would have me approved for what I wanted and he told me to turn down the deal I had in place with another dealership so I did.. Then to not hear back from anyone for days finally got word back from sales not even the finance manager that they only got me approved on a vehicle I had absolutely no desire for.. so not only did they waste most of all my days from work which is when I had to get all this done they talked me into turning down a deal I had in place already with another dealership.. Total bullsh!t.. very unhappy with this place.. Sara in the sales department is great and was the only one who was doing anything and without her I would still be waiting in the dark expecting good news. Other than her this place is a total joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LA MAZDA! More

They were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions and allowed me to Test Drive as many Cars as I liked. We drove up from Calgary to meet with him and test drive a vehicle as the Calgary dealership was unable, or unwilling, to locate one that met our requirements. The follow up communications after our test drive were seamless, helpful and creative even though Jared was away on holidays. In the end we opted for a different vehicle with higher end trim and a manual transmission but the Mazda CX-5 was a very close second. I highly recommend Jared if you are in the market for a vehicle. I bought a Used 2014 Lexus from LA Mazda on Dec 7th with lots false promises to test drive ,showing Car Proof and AMVIC Inspection. I was told I will get these documents at the time of delivery , Next day morning I found the following : Glove Box was locked and Original Books of car Manuals were missing ,Rip and Cut on Leather, Peeled off Chrome from Lexus Logo and One of the rear seat belt is not working . Facts about this vehicle were intentionally hided. Used Car Manager John McEwen is very egoist person with NO Inter-personal skills, he will lie and hide facts to any extent to sell you a car. Think before you go to LA Mazda. Do your due diligent before you sign paper work at LA Mazda.Instead of accepting his blunders and working on these Issues he became defensive. More
