Great experience! I've had my 2017 Mazda 3 Sport GT for a little over a month now and I love it. I had such a good experience at L.A. Mazda that I'm still willing to do I've had my 2017 Mazda 3 Sport GT for a little over a month now and I love it. I had such a good experience at L.A. Mazda that I'm still willing to do this review a month later!! Everyone I know who has shown interest in buying a new car I have recommended they take the drive out to see them. They treated me like a valued customer from the moment I stepped in the door. The staff is all super friendly and knowledgeable. More

After falling in love with a vehicle here our good experience here was stopped in its tracks. Andrew the finance guy was lazy and useless and did not seem to know how to do his job or deal with customers in any way, After going in for another vehicle to help rebuild our credit he has now screwed it up and hurt it badly again by his actions. I would in no way recommend this dealership to anyone unless you are looking for a drop in your credit and no vehicle in return without so much as a reason why. More
Absolutely Amazing Experience Brought back my BMW X6 to Lamazda with check engine light problem. Met Justin Meyer who introduced himself as the General Manager and assured me tha Brought back my BMW X6 to Lamazda with check engine light problem. Met Justin Meyer who introduced himself as the General Manager and assured me that this problem will be resolved He gave me loaner vehicle. Had to admit that I was a bit skeptical . I was given updated information on the status of the repairs and indicated to that BMW assured him that this problem will be fixed. He had also indicated to that if there was anything I need I should not hesitate to contact him. The check engine light problem was resolved,however, Justin indicated to me that the service department had found a slight leak that could be a problem so he is going to send the vehicle back to get that fixed. That problem was taken care of and I picked up the vehicle well clean with a full tank of gas! Had to admit I extremely surprised but elated at the same time As special thanks to Sandy from the Service Department for an amazing job in setting up all appointments with BMW Also to Used Car Manager Mike for an outstanding job. Congratulations for a job well done and a very amazing service. Keep up the great work! More

Liars,Liars,Liars Decided to buy a BMW X6 from them. The check engine light was on. We all agreed that the deal would be okay if check engine light was fixed. Went back the following day and was told it was because the fuel level was low in the gas tank. Was also told by the used car manager Teresa and the salesman Shakeil that tires were Run Flat when I had asked about no spare tire,plus lug wrench and Jack was missing. Engine light came on dash on my way to Fort McMurray . Brought the vehicle back for them to fix engine light problem as the technician had only just clear the code and lied that it was caused by low fuel level. The manager told me they were going to send it to BMW to fix. Went to pick up vehicle and was given a lamazda invoice so I inquired what was the reason for the invoice been written by lamazda if the work was done by BMW. THE MANAGER said they can't give a copy of the BMW invoice. I threatened to seek legal advice as the vehicle was sold to me and any work done on it I should know. Erasable then emailed and said the work was actually done by their technician who had previously lied about the same problem. I now became suspicious as to what else they could be lying about, so, I went to Bavaria BMW and ask them to take a look at the tires to see if they were Run Flat. Low and behold both manager and salesman had also lied about this too. Remember that I had driven to Fort McMurray and back without a jack,lug wrench and spare tire because I believe what they had told me. How thoughtless and gullible are these people . The manager refused to buy the spare kit as it is too much money and she can't afford it. Also BEWARE OF THEIR ETCHING CHARGE,, The is etched before you buy it. Take and Watch out for these Liars. Total joke Absolutely horrible finance service.. I was told by the finance manager they would have me approved for what I wanted and he told me to turn down the Absolutely horrible finance service.. I was told by the finance manager they would have me approved for what I wanted and he told me to turn down the deal I had in place with another dealership so I did.. Then to not hear back from anyone for days finally got word back from sales not even the finance manager that they only got me approved on a vehicle I had absolutely no desire for.. so not only did they waste most of all my days from work which is when I had to get all this done they talked me into turning down a deal I had in place already with another dealership.. Total bullsh!t.. very unhappy with this place.. Sara in the sales department is great and was the only one who was doing anything and without her I would still be waiting in the dark expecting good news. Other than her this place is a total joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LA MAZDA! More

I have been in recent interaction with Ryan Mckenzie and Sean Ellis from L.A. Mazda. Both of these individuals and the organization is of top quality. They were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions and allowed me to Test Drive as many Cars as I liked. Their lounge has a Vending Machine, to which customers can help themselves to Pop, Water, etc! They have got a very lucrative office. I highly encourage and recommend you to go visit this store. More
