They were very friendly to us and they provided all the information and details was needed to be able to find the car with the options what was fit our needs the best. The test drive with Chase was awesome, he really knows these cars! He showed all the functions / features in a very understandable, professional way. He also drove us to the registry office to have our license plate quickly. Jeremy was very kind to us too, I have not felt pressured what was very positive for me as I always need time to look after everything before I make any serious decision. He spent lots of time to try to help us with the decision and he was a good partner in a fair price negotiation. Shelley (via email and phone) and Rob took care of the finance part and paperwork, and however sometimes it's the longest and most boring part of the purchase Rob tried to make it interesting and he let me ask as much as I wanted about anything - and I asked a lot. :) At the end we've purchased the maintenance plan and the extended warranty too because it's important to us to be sure our car will last long in a good condition and we'll drive to many awesome places without a worry. Koch Ford not only worked great for the sale but looked after us from sale to delivery and after! Encouraging and positive experience I have been very skeptical of car dealerships for many years now. Prior to going to Kochford I was quite disenchanted and frustrated that all of the d I have been very skeptical of car dealerships for many years now. Prior to going to Kochford I was quite disenchanted and frustrated that all of the dealerships I had visited were not trustworthy. In fact, many told me what turned out to be untruths. They were more interested in selling a car rather than retaining a customer. Once arriving at Koch my skepticism shaped my initial interaction. However, working with Shelly and the other staff at Kochford I believed the effort to retain me as a longer term customer was genuine and as important as a sale. They listened and I feel I got a very good deal. I recommend Shelly and Kochford to others. The only drawback was that I felt pressured to purchase the maintenance plan and other services. I did eventually buy the maintenance plan after many questions, mainly because it is a good plan and the staff were very patient openly responded to my concerns. I am happy with my car and I don't feel that I got a raw deal. More

The purchase price and knowledge of the product given by the employees listed above finalized my decision to purchase with them instead of the dealers in Calgary and surrounding areas. I was introduced to all the managers and service staff and would drive from Calgary just to have my services performed there. The dealership is very modern and customer friendly. Robert Mahoney in the finance office went into detail explaining not only the documentation well but all the great things about this dealership and how each customer is like family. It is nice that the staff makes you feel comfortable and not pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their Ford. More
