Very Bad Service Bought my used Ford Explorer 2011 ( was 66,000 KM) from Koch Ford back in MAR 2014 and while doing a service maintienance last week ,the service advis Bought my used Ford Explorer 2011 ( was 66,000 KM) from Koch Ford back in MAR 2014 and while doing a service maintienance last week ,the service advisor recommended to change transmission oil ( now 69,000 KM) cost worth $329 which supposed to be changed before selling the car ( at 50,000 KM max). Never liked this dealership at all and I wont recommend it to any one else. More

Since I enjoyed the excellent service from this dealership, I decided to take a look at the 2014 Focus. I was introduced to Shelly Posey who took care of me with utmost patience and consideration. She gave me a more than fair trade-in deal with the new purchase. When my car arrived, Shelly familiarized me with control centre of the vehicle and helped me with SYNC. Totally comfortable, pressure free, enjoyable experience! We went into the dealership interested in a Ford Explorer. In the end, we test drove the Explorer, a Focus, and a F150! We ended up totally falling love with the truck and left with a beautiful new FX4!! We couldn't be happier with all the sales people and managers! We dealt with 2 different sales people, the sales manager as well as a finance manager- All were totally professional, yet treated us like family. They spoke completely honestly to us about everything, explained everything to their full potential, had utmost patience with us and NEVER pressured us into ANYTHING! We left with a beautiful vehicle that FITS our family and have the BEST service package you could EVER dream of having! I am being totally truthful when I say YOU WOULD BE SILLY TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT KOSH FORD!!!! Even if I ever move out of town, I will come back to them! They are in our family for life now! My opinion is that little kids are one of the best gauges on whether an environment is safe/comfortable. They will shy away from anything they feel is scary or not safe. Extremely satsifying experience. Our initial conversations were quick, concise and the representative was very courteous. He treated us as though we were family.
