Buying in August delivered in December Aryan was very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for in a car. He had to do a lot of work finding the right model for me and in the end we ended up ordering from the factory so I could get exactly what I wanted. He kept me informed along the way as to when my car would be delivered. Once my car came in I worked with the finance manager to make the purchase. This is where there were a few problems as my privacy was breached twice. Emails were sent to my husband as well as my self re the cost and financing of the car. My husband was not a party to this transaction and this caused me some stress. I understand my file has been corrected. When I picked up the car Ary reviewed all the components with me and answered all questions. If he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. He has also followed up with me to ensure I am satisfied. I had to stop by the dealership to get the steering wheel adjusted and was assisted immediately. More

Tom Vanderweide was very knowledgeable and did a great job of making our experience very enjoyable, which these days is often hard to find when purchasing vehicles. He really did his best to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted, with all the options and most important for the right price. Robert Mohoney was also a pleasure to work with. Aryan was the one who helped me and found deals that I might be interested in. He was the most friendly and easy going sales person that I've dealt with. I ended up buying a 2013 Ford Taurus from him after 3 weeks and I love it! Although there were minor problems with the back-up camera and the trunk, I took the car back for service and had the problems fixed with a 3-month warranty provided by the dealership. The staff in service kept me updated during the entire time and the car came back with no problems any more. More

I had SO much fun buying my car!!! LOVED IT! My face hurts from smiling, because I haven’t been able to stop since I walked onto the Koch Ford Used Sales lot at the beginning of November!! I am just as excited about my new car as I am about the experience I had at Koch – never thought I would say that about a dealership!! I had the pleasure of working with Maurice Tellier, and the friendly warm service he provided me was so incredible I was kind of sad when the deal was done! I mean I was ecstatic over my purchase, but I had built such a solid relationship with Maurice I was a little disappointed I wouldn’t get to talk to him as much!! I purchased a stunning used 2015 Ford Fusion SE loaded with all the features I wanted!!! The price was exactly what I wanted to spend, and the service from both Maurice and the Finance department was first class. As a single woman purchasing a car I am always a little leery going onto car lots as experiences in the past have left me a little uncomfortable with the process; having talked to other ladies I know I am not the only one who has had this happen. This wasn’t the case at all at Koch. I felt welcomed, respected, and treated like an equal by everyone I encountered – it was incredibly refreshing!!! Maurice was friendly, not at all pushy, and really listened me! I was so comfortable and so confident in my decision because of him I haven’t stopped talking about it! The customer service from both the dealership and Ford has been outstanding as they have answered every single one of my questions and delivered on everything they have promised. I loved the selection of vehicles they had, the way the employees interacted with me, and of course the experience of working with Maurice. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I would recommend Koch Ford to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. Incidentally this is the 7th car members of my family have purchased from Koch, and there is a reason for it! From the sales to the service department they always seem to find a way to make you feel like their one and only customer! Thank you Maurice for everything!! More

No consideration I took my car there for warranty issues, they had to do service for 3 days, they did not even pay for my rental, very inconsistent, when i talked I took my car there for warranty issues, they had to do service for 3 days, they did not even pay for my rental, very inconsistent, when i talked to another employee that was there, and i was familiar with, she said, "if i would have been assigned in service, you shouldn't have to pay for your rental."it doesn't make sense. I had loss of use because of something that wasn't my fault, but the fault of poor product quality of ford, but i still ended up paying for a rental vehicle. Will never go back there for maintenance, ever! More

All of the staff are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We had been shopping around for a new vehicle with various car dealers.
