With the pandemic we decided not to rely on school buses for our kids. This helped keep the elderly in our family safe, but it also increased the demands on my time. At the same time, days get filled with online meetings with multiple parties that are difficult to reschedule. When my vehicle suddenly developed a problem, I was impressed how well Koch understood my predicament. After calling them and arriving at the service center, I found a 3-person team waiting for me. They took in the vehicle, I explained the problem to Danielle who entered the notes for the mechanics and took care to arrange an Uber for me in a matter of minutes. In less than 10 minutes I was on my way to work (in fact I managed to get back in time for my meetings!). Knowing that my kids rely on me for school transport, Koch squeezed my repairs in and had the vehicle ready for pickup before school end. Again an Uber was arranged to pick me up from work. When I got there I found the vehicle repaired, cleaned and disinfected. Absolutely amazing. The thing that stands out for me, is that I never had to ask, they understood my predicament and Danielle took care of all of it for me. They understand busy lives and they were there 100% when I needed them. My compliments to the entire service team! More
