We ran into an issue on our Ford focus which was covered by extended warranty. It took over 6 months to get the parts due to the ongoing supply chain issues, thankfully a rental car was provided during that by extended warranty. I had a few additional things looked at the vehicle and we were excited when we finally got the call that the car was ready to pick up. Unfortunately sometime while the vehicle was there the door latch had failed causing the door to not close or lock. We were not informed of this and it was quite a surprise to try and pick up the car and not be able to drive it away. The Shop Forman Dave was difficult to deal with, blamed us for the failure and added to the stress of the situation with his poor attitude. Paula our service advisor and Blair the service manager have been incredible for the whole process. I can't say enough good things about how they went above and beyond during the entire time our car was there. I appreciate the care and attention that was given to us, the communication breakdown between the shop and front end needs to be addressed. More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change that was supposed to be at 12 noon and I didn’t get out till almost 20 to 5 despite being told three times that it would be no more than two hours. My visits to Koch Ford Lincoln on October 14 and 16, 2022 were pleasant and rewarding. I was responding to a Ford Air bag recall notice. The Parts department staff were friendly and helpful on the first visit and confirmed that a driver side airbag was in stock at the warehouse and would be available for installation the next day. An appointment was made for October 14, and I was welcomed by Danielle Brice. Danielle was very courteous and advised that the work would be completed in about 1.5 hours. The work was completed on time and again Danielle advised that a couple of other issues were identified that could be addressed, namely, a cracked windshield and uneven tire ware. I noted these issues and thanked her. More
