Extremely poor service request management. They messed up my appointment by booking it 7 days after the date that I was promised, they take the car in and do not have an update for 2 days. The service manager Darryl kept saying I could take the car away if I wanted but they couldn’t give me an ETA, even after knowing the car was not in a safe driving condition as the brakes were not functioning. Ridiculous customer service, worst experience that i could ever expect from a service center that I relied on for over 5 years. Will never buy a car or give my car for service to this dealer ever again. More

Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan only to find out that they never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you al never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you although the truck was covered in snow and ice. I asked the salesman Clint several times if there was any damage . Not a word I also proved the damage was present before I took it off the lot. Terrible customer service More
