Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan only to find out that they never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you al never disclosed the damage to the rear bumper. Contacted the general manager and he basically said you should of noticed before so it’s now on you although the truck was covered in snow and ice. I asked the salesman Clint several times if there was any damage . Not a word I also proved the damage was present before I took it off the lot. Terrible customer service More

I had been looking for an SUV for months with no luck. Tom was able to immediately show me the Pathfinder they had on the lot (that was a nice surprise in itself) and go for a drive.
