Great cars, maintenance issues have been minimal but when they do come up, Marc St. Onge is the person to deal wi I'm on my third Sonata since 1989. Great cars, maintenance issues have been minimal but when they do come up, Marc St. Onge is the person to deal with. Marc is one of the few service managers that I've met in 40+ years of driving that takes that little extra time to get to know you - the car owner - . I had an issue 2 years ago with my 2006 Sonata with VERY low kms but out-of-date in terms of the warranty because of time. Marc took the matter forward on my behalf. An exception was granted an the work needed was covered by warranty saving me nearly $1,000 !! This kind of customer care speaks volumes about the dealership and its staff. I'm looking forward to another new car purchase in the near future at Kitchener Hyundai - hopefully a Genesis --- More
