I have always been apprehensive of car dealerships and after a lot of internet research and having decided to by an Elantra, I decided to visit Kitchener Hyundai. I was preparing myself for the hard sell and to walk out if I felt overwhelmed. Well, my experience was not at all what I had expected. I met with an available salesperson (Linda Bahar). She was wonderful....no pressure, very patient and friendly and she walked me through every step. I bought a car!! It was a pleasure making this deal and I would highly recommend Linda Bahar and Kitchener Hyundai. Well the story doesn't end there....two and a half months later I had an issue with the car. I returned thinking "this is going to cost me". The pre-owned sales manager (Claudio Rodrigues) assisted me....he looked at the car himself and not 15 minutes later returned to say that they would deal with the issue at no charge!! I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this dealership! They are friendly and approachable and I feel they really want to help you with your vehicle needs. More

Chris is awesome, an upfront, honest guy who has your best interest in mind! Would totally encourage people to see him. After deciding on the car, all the financial stuff was done with Vince, who was extremely friendly, helpful and patient (I was quite indecisive). The girls who answer the phone are also on top of it - so friendly and professional every time I called! Thanks to the whole team, can't wait to come back in the future! More

Best experience ever with a car purchase and service! I needed a used car. I found it at Kitchener Hyundai ... a 2013 Elantra that had had only one owner, and had been purchased and serviced at this same I needed a used car. I found it at Kitchener Hyundai ... a 2013 Elantra that had had only one owner, and had been purchased and serviced at this same dealership. Ezel Tendik was my sales rep and he was excellent! He took lots of time to explain things and help me through the sales process, answering all my questions and making sure I understood each step of the sale. He didn't try to oversell; he respected my wishes and my budget. Every part of the purchase, from the sale to the financing, to later servicing, was conducted by everyone in a professional and friendly manner ... and when the sale was completed, several of Ezel's colleagues joined me and my friend for a thumbs-up group photo! Nicole, who handles reception and is usually a customer's first contact, was always courteous, friendly, and helpful, whether in person or on the phone. Marc St. Onge was the service rep I dealt with -- patient, willing to take time with questions, explaining every aspect of the bill. ~ The car itself is fantastic. Hyundai has come a long way and I'd buy another Hyundai in a heartbeat. Thanks so much to the excellent team at Kitchener Hyundai! More
Ripped off I recently brought my car to Kitchener Hyundai to get an oil change and winter tires installed. Though there cost to install the tires was a little e I recently brought my car to Kitchener Hyundai to get an oil change and winter tires installed. Though there cost to install the tires was a little expensive and they told us they would align them at no charge they still charged us. On top of that, they took advantage of my wife when stating that our 2 month old air filter needed to be replaced. On top of replacing something that didn't need to be replaced, they charged $60 for something that cost $15. This is the final time I use Kitchener Hyundai as find they aren't professional and try to hide charges for things that are not needed. More

I told Kourtney my price range and what I want and she instantly told me to look at the 2017Elantra GL and I knew it was the car for me. Kourtney is upbeat and so friendly you can't help but fall inlove with her! I came in October 31 and picked up my car November 8, over all great and speedy service!! Would reccomend Kitchener Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car. More
Unprofessional Very disrespectful staff. I took my veloster in for a "package 3" and my vehicle was damaged by the "technician" named jason bauman. I explained to hi Very disrespectful staff. I took my veloster in for a "package 3" and my vehicle was damaged by the "technician" named jason bauman. I explained to him that he should be more careful when placing the lift arms. I was of course a little agitated with the situation since it was MY property that was damaged. But I don't think being told to f*#k off was appropriate. The tech also called me many bad names right in front of the manager named Brad musselman . Brad did nothing as the tech continued to insult me and even getting extremely personal. Brad and Jason came to the conclusion that it was my fault that the vehicle was damaged Since I didn't tell them that the car had after market mud guards. I didn't feel it was necessary to tell them as The mud guards are not hidden and can be clearly seen. I believe it was the carelessness of the tech and his total disrespect for my property that lead to the damage. He said that I "shouldn't put crap on my car" . Brad didn't handle the situation properly and called me disrespectful for defending myself. I don't think I handled the situation properly either. but since it was my car that was damaged I think I have the right to be a little upset... Don't you think? More
