However, we had to make several calculations to get the correct price quote as we decided not to finance; the guaranteed 2nd key was not ready when we picked up the car and we had to go back; and by the time we get the automatic entry number, we will have returned three times! I think there should be a check off list that sales staff follow to insure everything is ready at once. That being said, both Andrew Thibaudeau. & Bobby Gasselle are delightfully personable young men who treated us with courtesy and respect and never rushed us through the process. Make sure I was going to trade in my escape and buy a 2012 Dodge Journey. I am glad I backed out. I wasn't treated professionaly by the owner of the dealership. Also this vehicle is 6000 cheaper at any other dealership. Also they wanted to replace my tone ring for 600 and my steering column for 1500. I got it done way cheaper somewhere else. My tone ring didn't need replacing. Sometimes when you get dirt into it it will affect your ABS. I think I learned shopping around is important. Oh but sales rep Bobby is a really good guy I thought.
