Service department was great! I live near Chicago and was coming up to Kitchener to visit family when my F150 encountered an issue. Not only was the staff EXTREMELY friendly they understood the urgency of getting my truck back on the road so I could get to work by Monday. It ended up being a throttle body and the nearest one was in Toronto. Not only did your staff get the part, but it was ready by Saturday morning! I just could not be happier with the service that was given. If I lived in Kitchener or Canada for that matter, you would get all my business! Bad experience with Repairs This all started with a whine coming from my front end. It was found that my AC compressor clutch was gone... this was confirmed by a shadetree mechan This all started with a whine coming from my front end. It was found that my AC compressor clutch was gone... this was confirmed by a shadetree mechanic friend. Had the repair made ($1300)... whine still persisted.. Hmmm... lets chew on this for a bit I thought... few mornings later... sitting in my truck... getting ready to go to Oshawa... the truck did not build oil pressure!!!....back in it went!!!... they said it was the water pump... this was not confirmed by a 3rd party.... Knowing the water pump and oil pressure are not directly linked. I asked what was found in respect to the oil pressure... they couldnt find anything. I pushed the matter because i drive across Southern Ontario for work ....so an oil pressure test was performed with no fault found. An oil pressure switch was replaced as a precaution ($10) and the water pump aswell. I Drove away $800 lighter... the noise still persisted. shame on me for not asking for the old part....Frustrated... what is the issue? Is my motor gonna blow? So i book an appointment first thing ....Monday...By chance over the weekend a family friend... whose a licensed mechanic went for a spin with me and with a few slight turns of the steering wheel on a straight away...dagnosed it as a wheel bearing. Which made sense to me when explained and all my other shade tree mechanic friends do not doubt it. Im a technician by trade aswell... so I'm empathetic to the Service department. I've expressed that my truck is a business tool and to take their time with it if needed... if it stays another day... so be it. My confidence has been rocked with this place... i can't imagine if I was an individual who did not have experience with vexhicle repair and have a big network of friends to draw on for advice and help. More

We had a great expierence dealing with this dealership We met with the sales team and described what we would like on this vehicle for, we had already had a test drive and shown features and accessories t We met with the sales team and described what we would like on this vehicle for, we had already had a test drive and shown features and accessories that were available to the Escape. .Although there was plenty of similar vehicles on hand in the dealership. They did not have exactly what we required for our wish list. Sue got together with the team and a few days later and let us know they had found our Escape . motor size , colour and other accessories that we had wanted. Picking up the vehicle they set us down and showed us how every thing works and we drove home very happy. Yes... we will be back for servicing although we have a closer dealership to home and we have told our friends to give Kitchener Ford a try when they are ready for another vehicle. More
