Disorganized and unknowledgeable. I booked a service appointment for 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and they told me to drive it right in to the Garage. I was told it may take a few hours I booked a service appointment for 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and they told me to drive it right in to the Garage. I was told it may take a few hours! I was not impressed but made arrangements and came back in two hours. Once back I saw my Truck was outside, so thought I'll go in and pay and be on my way, only to be told "It says 4". When I enquired what on earth is he talking about, he repeated "the paper says 4 pm". I said, I just spoke to the fellow in desk number 2 and he told me that my 1pm appointment would be about 2 hours, and it's now 2 hours. He repeated, "well the paper says 4". I was frusterated and said this is ridiculous and called my husband to see what to do. He said take the truck and leave - WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT??? Their customer service was pathetic. They don't care about you at all. I was easily allowed to walk away without anyone trying to get to the bottom of it *I had asked to see who made the mistake and they just repeated "it says 4"....I pointed to the fellow that told me to drive it in and I had a 1pm appt only to receive a SHRUG of his shoulders. I believe a 10 year old could have handled this better. This is the second time we've had issues with this dealership. Unless I get a call from a manager that will rectify the situation as MY TIME is also valuable, they will lose a valuable customer----now waiting to see if they care enough to make a correction call. More

No call to find out what was wrong with my vehicle so I stopped by and spoke with someone in service. Was told it was a wheel speed sensor and they could have the part the next day . It was $288 installed stopped by and spoke with someone in service. Was told it was a wheel speed sensor and they could have the part the next day . It was $288 installed he told me . Great , let's do it . Arrive the next day to a bill for $491 . Cant trust Ford. It is who they are More

being a professional salesman i contacted Kitchener Ford regarding a used truck they had. Contacting the Used car manager i told him i am interested but wanted to speak to him as he could give me a "Best Pr regarding a used truck they had. Contacting the Used car manager i told him i am interested but wanted to speak to him as he could give me a "Best Price", without wasting time. He directed me to Luke in sales. we spoke and i was direct with him and said i am interested in this truck but it is all about price nothing more. after several phones calls Luke requested i come in to see the truck and discuss pricing. I informed him that unless he was willing to drop the price significantly lets not waste time, i, live 90 mins away. He said we could work something out. I arranged to meet with him, arriving at the dealership i see him with dealer plates doing something. Entering the dealership i am told he had a family emergency and had to leave. NO CALL FROM HIM AT ALL TO INFORM ME OF THIS. I was introduced to a Mr. Ilka Ilunga and informed him of the situation and promises of a great deal from the no show salesman. he was totally professional as we discussed the situation and asked what i would like to do. We went out to the truck i had arranged to see thur Luke. It did not start. Back in the office we discussed matters further and he would represent my situation to his management and get back to me. He returned and informed me management had offered a 5% discount, not the thousands i had requested from Luke. Again being pout in this terrible position as a sale man he was totally professional, knowledgeable and apologized he could not do more to win my business. Mr. Ilka Ilunga did not get the sale but as a professional salesman i will recommend my family and friends to him if they need a vehicle. This all happened several weeks ago. Yesterday out of the blue Luke called me to inform me he was not at the dealership that day. when i told him i saw him there, he said a family emergency forced him to leave. He was informed i bought a GM. had he called at anytime to apologize for not showing up, i would have believed the situation. He did not call to apologize but to try and make a sale. thank you Ilka for your time, patience and understanding of my situation. It was a pleasure to meet a true professional. More

Please take your vehicles to them for your service needs and purchase your next vehicle from this stellar dealership. I had a very complicated and stressful issue with my vehicle, and the way it was handled and addressed was top notch. Hats off to these folks. More
