For example when I have been handed my keys and I am sitting in the vehicle ready to drive home, that’s not the time to ask if I want a full tank of gas. When I come in to finalize a deal, don’t tell me that the deal has expired when I went gone to discuss with my bank and insurer. Had it not been for price, I wouldn’t be a customer. More
