We were never directed to specific vehicles or to higher model vs basic. We were asked questions exactly we e wanted from our F150, what are plans are then guided accordingly. If you leave with questions not answered then you didn't ask. We bought more than 2 vehicle from Kitchener Ford and will buy more accordingly. Service from customer, sales to shop service. More
No time management !!! I had to go to the person in charge to ask about my car He handed me the keys saying your car is done and said I forgot to inform. My half an hour was wasted sitting and waiting for my car when it was done beforehand. This time I wasnt satisfied by customer service More

Two cars, no issues We have purchased two vehicles from Kitchener Ford in the last two years, a new 2017 Mustang and a well-treated 2015 Escape. Both times we dealt with We have purchased two vehicles from Kitchener Ford in the last two years, a new 2017 Mustang and a well-treated 2015 Escape. Both times we dealt with David Slessor, who was amazing. Several years back we were looking for a new car and ran into so many "typical" salespeople, who would assume since we were buying an economy car (we wound up going with a Toyota Echo) that it must be a second car "for the lady" - it wasn't, or would deliberately separate me from my wife, talk down to her, lie about needing to talk to managers, etc etc. When we walked into Kitchener Ford for the first time in September 2017, my wife was in front of me. David walked right up to us, and shook my wife's hand first, because she was the one in front. He could tell we were together and so directed questions and comments at both of us, not just me. We were specific about what we wanted (an Eco-Boost Mustang, no frills, manual transmission), and he didn't try to up-sell us or talk us into something different just because it was on the lot. (They did have a handful of GTs he could have tried pushing onto us.) As it turns out, the car in my driveway right now was exactly what we asked for and they did happen to have it on the lot. In May 2019, when we returned looking to trade the poor tired Echo in for a CUV, we were looking at the Escapes and Edges on the lot. David saw us, and while he didn't remember our names immediately, he did remember the Mustang he'd sold us. We talked for a bit about what we wanted, and even though I mentioned Eco-Sports, he didn't lead us immediately to the brand new ones sitting at the side of the lot. Instead, he showed us a couple of used Escapes he thought we might like, and we wound up buying a 2015 for a reasonable price. We got the Mustang with a service plan, and it's been in for oil changes and the like. The one problem I had with it, driver's side window making grinding noises and jerking a bit when opened/closed, unfortunately took three trips to fix, as the first trip it was misdiagnosed and on the second they took the whole door apart and found they needed to order parts. But they made it right and were extremely apologetic. Life isn't perfect and neither are mechanics, or anybody else, and they did their best to fix the problem. Also, between the first and second trips, I got doored in a parking lot, and their body shop fixed up the small scratch for me, I can't even really tell where the scratch was any more. When we bought the Escape, it was the same - we pointed out a couple of small dings in the doors, and those were completely fixed for us before we took possession. All in all, I highly recommend the entire team at Kitchener Ford, and especially David, our friendly salesman and Alyssa, his boss. She also remembered our Mustang, mostly because of the colour. :) More
