Was waiting 5hrs for software upgrade that it takes IP to 30 minutes with appointment at 930am and I drop the truck before 9 am. When I called at 12 to check if my truck is ready a service advaiser was givin 30 minutes with appointment at 930am and I drop the truck before 9 am.
