Just wanted to say from the original phone conversation I had from day 1 was top notch. I had some issues with the noise and leaking fluid on my truck. I explained my concerns to Charita and she was able to had from day 1 was top notch. I had some issues with the noise and leaking fluid on my truck. I explained my concerns to Charita and she was able to accommodate the service request within a few days. The technician (Joe) diagnosed and completed the repairs within the next couple days. Although I believed I was going to be without my truck for a day turned out to be two days total. I understand certain parts were not in stock and to be honest I would rather wait to have the job done right, than have you return for the same issue because the job was rushed. I was notified my vehicle was completed and sanitized. Paperwork was left in the truck along with the keys and from what I can tell all my concerns have been addressed at this point. I find it rare to hear positive comments in the service industry because everyone is quick to pick out the mistakes or minor short comings. I think the customer service and technical abilities of both individuals Charita and Joe should be applauded and recognized. Kitchener Ford will have my business from this point forward.
