Kipp Scott has good people and friendly service. When my truck was taken in for a rear window, it would’ve been good if the window replacement people had called and quoted me on the front windshield When my truck was taken in for a rear window, it would’ve been good if the window replacement people had called and quoted me on the front windshield. Pretty obvious it needed one. The dealer offers a trade-in appraisal, but no one actually looks at it, they just give you a book value. While the truck is there take a look. The people in the service department are excellent communicators and your shuttle driver is top notch. More
