Booking agent ( August ) very friendly and polite. But they could not fix my truck. It does not run. Poor at call backs. Poor at answering my calls after thev first appt. Future reference having a audio recording of all sales can make life a lot easier.. Let them know you are recording. Hello. Had a weird suspicion about this but i got a car here over 3 years ago that was suppose to be AWD i hit a deer had the mechanic look and no AWD. Was told they were gunna give me 16,000 for my truck. They gave me 8,000 and put the other 10,000 on the cars payment. I told them this and felt powerless to change it. I also mentioned usually its a big deal and they have a badge says AWD, he said it had AWD installed... On line 5 was one part of the trade giving me 8,000 straight across Line 6 Less lien on trade - said they gunna take care of that 10,300 to buy the truck off me then line 7 it was negative 2,300 to get me to the 16,000 they told me i was gunna get... BUT they moved it onto my car payments. The Less lien on trade -in is negative (they flipped the bill back on me without notice) Not what we agreed on. I got extented warranty because i thought they were giving me what we talked and agreed on. The salesperson was very capricious on which numbers(lines) i should be looking at.. the first paperwork didnt show the less on lien for trade in a negative; and when we got to the page showing the negative blew past it and i barely got a glance of it. They wanted me to sign everything quick because it was getting late(over 3 hours there). I had the money to pay for the truck outright, they said they would happily do it for me; I just wanted something more fuel efficient and not go through all this.. Saleperson was Jeremy Fontaine Business Manager/ Finance Manager = Brent Smith Jeremy was doing what his boss told him to do it seemed. (Sales manager?) I dont blame Jeremy or Brent. Its was their superiors I do like my car i just dont approve sale practices like this.. If i had a audio recording i would have evidence.. i dont want this to happen to others. They wrote 15,614.84 for trade in value of my truck. The page with 15,614.84 doesnt show negative on the payout lien on trade in. The disclosure statment that i didnt sign and flashed it to me shows the negative 10,300 which i didnt agree; was suppose to be positive. There is no 2% charge for moving the 10,300 on my payments. That is how i ended up paying for my own lien on trade-in. That is how i got only 8,000. for a truck we agreed 16,000 for. More
