After the transfer of owners, downhill. A sales rep when I considered upgrading my vehicle was uninterested and made the experience unacceptable. Then service quality declined. Advised I needed to replace parts without providing what the root cause was. Their own internal staff commented on how bad the dealership is and it's all about the almighty dollar. And suggested I got Kia Belleville. I advised I'd sell the car if the experience continued. I pick up my new car Wednesday. Goodbye Kia, goodbye Kingston Kia More

Buyer, beware do not shop or purchase here. Meanwhile, there is no car there for me to buy. I chose no car, They have no car I would like to buy and I never said give me a loan and I’ll find a car later. Unbelievable way to do business manipulate customers into thinking they have no choice but to buy a car or their credit will be hurt. I can’t believe this kind of customer treatment. More

Purchased a new vehicle from Kingston Kia and were very happy. Then we had to interact with service. Lack of response, lack of urgency, lack of customer service have ensured we will Never purchase from th happy. Then we had to interact with service. Lack of response, lack of urgency, lack of customer service have ensured we will Never purchase from this dealer again. A major recall safety notice as they feel waiting more than 2 weeks for the initial appointment is reasonable. Completely unacceptable!!! More
Very disappointed in our recent experience with the service department at Kingston Kia. Simply went in after waiting a month for the appointment to have our winter tires put on our Kia Sorento as we ha service department at Kingston Kia. Simply went in after waiting a month for the appointment to have our winter tires put on our Kia Sorento as we have done since we purchased it. Our appointment was for 10:00 in the morning and we didn't get out of the service department until after 12:00 we were told they were extremely busy however most of the people in the waiting room had the same appointment time and they kept coming out and asking people about extras that they the mechanic felt that they needed to have done on the car therefore that's why they are always behind. Also they tried to tell us that we needed $1,400 worth of work including brakes. They tried to tell us that we hadn't had the car service since the year 2020. We regularly bring our car in for service and the representative on the service desk didn't believe us when we told him we had just had it serviced in September and had the brakes done. He finally went out and looked at the sticker on the car and came back and all the sudden found out that yes, we did have it service in September, with $847 worth of work. The dealership had no business looking for other things to do on our vehicle. All we wanted was our snow tires put on the car, that's it. I even confirmed this at the start of the appointment. This is a total money grab as far as we are concerned and we will be looking for a new mechanic and garage to service our vehicle. How disappointing, it was never like this before. Also the young man on the counter was very disrespectful and condesending to us. The staff has changed and not for the good. More
