My visit to Hyundai Kingston's car service was an absolute nightmare. If I could rate them zero stars, I definitely would. They completely dropped the ball on providing decent customer service and basic car repairs. Right off the bat, their staff was a disaster. It's like they intentionally picked the most uninterested, unmotivated, and rude individuals to work there. When I walked in, it felt like they were irritated by my presence. I had to practically beg for someone to even notice me and take my car in for a check-up. Now, let's talk about the actual service they claim to provide – if you can even call it that. I took my car there for a recall fix and also decided to do a Service #3 to cover all my bases. My previous service center handled similar things without a hitch. But at Hyundai Kingston, it was a catastrophe. They took ages to give me my car back, and when they finally did, my car refused to start the next morning. This made me late for work and important meetings, which was incredibly frustrating as a professional. And it gets worse – my car started making weird noises right after their so-called "service." It was like they turned my car into a noisy mess. It's pretty clear they have no clue about cars. They did call me, but I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. When I called back, they just shuffled me around without actually helping. The next day, my car once again refused to start. I had to call for assistance, and a mechanic had to help me out. When I explained the situation at the service center, they had the nerve to act like it was somehow my fault. I ended up shelling out an extra $507 on top of the $850 I'd already paid. And on top of all that, there was an unsettling undertone of racism in their behavior. They assumed I was complaining for a discount simply because of my background – that's just not fair! All I wanted was a properly functioning car, and they not only messed that up but also charged me a small fortune. And as for the bill they handed me – it was outrageous. They charged an exorbitant amount for a service that was beyond disappointing. It's like they saw me as an easy target to extract as much money from as possible. To sum it up, I strongly advise steering clear of Hyundai Kingston's car service. The staff is a mess, the waiting area is a nightmare, their service is a complete joke, and they won't hesitate to drain your wallet dry. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to take care of your car. This place is an absolute disaster, and I'm still fuming from the terrible experience. More
