The experience was terrible, took them 2 weeks to close a simple used car transaction, terrible communication, then sold the car with a flat tire and bent rim, replaced the tire, refused to deal with the rim simple used car transaction, terrible communication, then sold the car with a flat tire and bent rim, replaced the tire, refused to deal with the rim, traded my truck in.. and they have it posted as a lease return, it’s no lease return! I will never be back to this dealership for anything, not sales or service. Best bet is to stay clear of this one folks! More
We just traded in a vehicle and purchased a new Honda Passport at Kingston Honda. We were aware of the quality reputation that Honda vehicles have; however have never owned one, nor dealt with Kingston H Passport at Kingston Honda. Jason, Daniel and Peter combined to make the transaction simple, seamless and enjoyable. We have already recommended them to friends. More

The tensioner belt/Actuator has been waking the dead upon cold start since at least 2015. They changed it 3 times and then told me it’s out of warranty even though they didn’t fix it for more than a couple weeks at a time. Another time I brought my car in because the nav screen/radio/sound control went black (5 year old $50000 vehicle) and he changed me extra time because it took him “longer” and didn’t even connect it back up when I picked it up. (It’s $5000 to replace because they can’t fix it) My husband had to reconnect the unit (no I’m not talking entering a code to activate). The dealership is pretty much all old white guys so if your female, send a male in for you if you don’t want to be screwed around and taken advantage of. Honda Canada doesn’t stand behind their vehicles either or the dealerships because they are franchised. i have always owned Honda’s. That’s stops when I trade my current vehicle in. Sickening. appalling. More
Have never had a good experience here. In the two times I've used their shop, they've damaged my child's car seat, costing me $200 and didn't care to make it right and then told me that a damaged tire woul I've used their shop, they've damaged my child's car seat, costing me $200 and didn't care to make it right and then told me that a damaged tire would be replaced on a prorated warranty but it ended up not being covered as discussed. They are also horrible at scheduling and callbacks. Go elsewhere! More
Went for an oil change. Came on time, and had to wait 1 hr to get the car rolled in the shop. An hour late it was done. My parking brake handle was jacked to the max. It took force to release it. Next day, hr to get the car rolled in the shop. An hour late it was done. My parking brake handle was jacked to the max. It took force to release it. Next day, it did not hold anymore. Came back, explained what happened, was told my rear brakes are done and need changing and as result parking brake is not holding. Went with the advice, $900 and 3 hrs later, got in the brake is holding. By the time I got home, the brake was as before. Called and went to shop again, apparently something was not connected in the console, no charge. Brake works now. Next day, brake is not working again. Decided had enough and took the car to the original dealer out of town. Diagnosis was, parking brake cable had seized. Fixed the same day, 2 yrs later brake still works. When you can't trust a dealer and that being a Honda, you got a problem. It would appear that this dealership is out to get you coming over and over again for bogus work, and they always find something wrong with a car. I heard many in the are complaining of quoted work and when declining, the service would call and say it was under warranty. There is definitely something fishy with this dealer especially in service, Sales are no good either. Borderline rude and disrespectful and it seems like their staff is not staying there for long - not a good sign. More
Our household is currently on your 4th Honda's. We worked with Dan, Peter and Jason and are now getting ready to pick up #5 and 6 after trading in our 2018 cars for SUVs. We've always been treated extremely with Dan, Peter and Jason and are now getting ready to pick up #5 and 6 after trading in our 2018 cars for SUVs. We've always been treated extremely well in all aspects of the dealership. We wouldn't go anywhere else after dealing with this team. More
If I could give them less then 1 star I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Great sales people but as soon as you have a problem good luck. Have a 2017 crv and was 3000k over warranty and it needed a new transmission. Kingston Honda replaced it, drove it 20 min and the dash was lighting up like a Christmas tree. Brought it back they said now it’s an O2 sensor, so we replaced that. Pick it up, drive it, all the lights come on AGAIN... bring it back and they say it now needs new spark plugs. They replace the spark plugs and 3 days later the lights come on AGAIN! So we brought it to Brockville Honda instead and they replaced fuel injectors. The code that was coming up could be a number of things but the service department at Honda brockville said they should have checked the fuel injectors first (which they did not) could have saved us $$$$$. They also informed us that the transmission that Kingston Honda just put in was not secured, the bolts were all lose on the transmission and it was leaking fluid significantly, and they never updated the transmission software. Kingston Honda is an absolute joke! Worst service department. Would never buy a vehicle from them again. More
