Their all inclusive price is a joke, they show it that way so the optional costs for consumer are hidden. And for used vehicles get your oil changes done elsewhere and check your breaks; they will claim i way so the optional costs for consumer are hidden. And for used vehicles get your oil changes done elsewhere and check your breaks; they will claim its done, but engine oil will be dirty. The finance manager is also rude f***, all friendly till the moment you sign the finance agreement. Had to purchase a car out of necessity, my next purchase will not be from this dealership, even if they offered for FREE. If they tell you that they need 3 days to work on your car - thats a lie, they won't do a thing expect exterior car wash. More
I recently exercised the buy-out option on a leased civic. It needed a safety check. I dropped my wife and the vehicle off at 0845 and by 0850 she called me stating that :they need to change all pads a civic. It needed a safety check. I dropped my wife and the vehicle off at 0845 and by 0850 she called me stating that :they need to change all pads and rotors if I want a safety check". I know the vehicle didn't need that work done to pass the safety. I have a feeling they just looked at the mileage and figured yeah just over 100,000 kms you need all pads and rotors. A brake flush, and 1800$ later. I have a hard time believing that they were able to get all 4 tires off within 10 mins of me dropping the car off and actually inspect the brakes. To top it all off, they stated their "computer was down" so they could even tell me what my pad thickness was prior to them changing them out. Highly suspicious and convenient. They had no issues printing off the 1800$ detailed quote but couldn't tell me how worn out my pads were...I bought this vehicle out west and when I moved here I was warned about their "shady practices" however I needed the safety done to buy out the lease and since they were kind enough to include it in the buyout amount I figured the vehicle should pass safety no problem. Looks like I was wrong. Never again will I deal with these guys.... Also, Honda Canada was contacted and they told me since dealerships are independently owned and operated I am stuck dealing with them. Doubt I will get any satisfactory responses... More

Sales seems ok but go to literally any other Honda Service centre instead of this one to avoid being ripped off. Our latest experience: We took our CR-V in for a transmission fluid and air filter change - very basic stuff. While we were making the booking, we inquired about pricing for brake servicing as well and left clear instructions to provide us with a quote before performing any work. The service centre did not respond to a number of calls over the course of a week until the day of our appointment. The day of, they called and immediately tried to upsell us on rotors and pads that did not need to be done yet and starting talking tires. I immediately declined (partially due to the higher than normal costs being discussed). He then mentioned that he'd need to charge for the "brake inspection" performed to which I replied that he hadn't even given me a quote yet. In hindsight, I should have immediately told them to stop working on my car at this point. Long story short - I told them to move ahead with just the filter and transmission fluid with pickup scheduled for the end of the day. Upon pickup, what do I find? The maintenance light is on for the air filter and there is a couple hundred dollar charge on my bill for brake servicing - a service we were price checking but had never authorized (not yet clear if actually performed). We decided to leave the vehicle there for the matter to be corrected despite having wasted our time to come get it. My wife called in the morning to have it sorted out only to have Tom Polsak constantly cut her off, tell her that she was a liar and hang up in her face. He talked over her and accused her of yelling despite being the one raising his voice as a pretext to end the call. At no point did he attempt to address the issue/make things right. While it could have been a simple matter of them misunderstanding (mechanic report does correctly indicate that brake work was declined) and work not being 100% complete at the scheduled pick up time, Tom opted to escalate the situation in what came off as a rather sexist manner rather than addressing the customer's concerns. Update: Tom added additional unauthorized charges that he claimed we greenlit the day after leaving a voicemail informing us that the work had been completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Apparently as retaliation for lodging a complaint. More
