Worst dealership in the world. .. they had our CRV for 6 months with little to no contact. You call 613-634-2333 ask for service no one answers. They say that Service is open to 5:30 on the front of the door but they are lying to you... they close at 5. Go to drop the vehicle off again because the dented while they had it for 6 months and didn't say anything. (hoping to get away with it) Pull into the lot and all the lights are off. Had to put my own headlights on the key drop off to see anything, grabbed an envelope to put the keys in and write name and info but couldn't because all envelopes were soaked with water. I love Honda's but this dealership makes me want to buy anything else. More
I have twice called the service manager, as recommended by Honda for the issue I'm having, and he has never returned my call. Not professional. That's what I call bad service. When we have trouble with the car we're driving and we bought a Honda because it's supposed to have such a good reputation it's really depressing to find that you've been bamboozled. My windshield has cracked twice since I bought it without anything hitting the windshield and Honda washing it's hands of responsibility. More
Overcharged for the work that was done. I asked how much it would cost and they quoted me a price that seemed reasonable for the work so I said go ahead. I was later called and they stated my car was ready and when I went to confirm the price they told me $1900. This is not what I agreed to and told them to talk to the service manager and figure it out. In the end they said they could not help me and it was the cost. I never would have agreed to that price and would have happily gone elsewhere for much less. The next day I was called and asked how it went and told them my concerns. the lady understood my frustration and said they would talk to the service manager to see what they could do but again.....nothing. They charged me $500 more than the quote and would not work with me at all. I unfortunately will have to use them for warranty work but will never give Honda Kingston another chance since they can not be trusted. More

Long story short…they started with the excuses…(always me calling them) they blamed the shipping company trying to explain how I should understand because the van is coming from so far away (18 hour drive 🙄)...I can order a $5 widget from china and can track it every step of the way…they are deceptive and will lie to get a sale…they wasted my valuable time and caused a needles hard credit check…avoid this dealer at all costs!! update: Jason the sales manager tried to flex by denying me my $500 deposit…after calling visa…I had my deposit returned from Visa…If you’re the owner of this establishment, I recommend you reign in your sales manager! We recently purchased a vehicle at Kingston Honda and I would like to share the experience that we have had with them since our purchase. We bought a 2024 CR-V in January, and only three weeks after purcha would like to share the experience that we have had with them since our purchase. We bought a 2024 CR-V in January, and only three weeks after purchase, it began to have significant mechanical issues. We brought it in to Kingston Honda, and they confirmed that the vehicle was not driveable as the fuel injectors were faulty and would require replacement. They advised that the parts were backordered, and the timeframe would be weeks to months to have this fixed. We requested a loaner vehicle and they refused to provide us with one, despite the fact that we had just purchased a brand new vehicle from them only 3 weeks prior. They informed us that we would be without a vehicle for a full week (5 business days) and then would receive a rental car. They also informed us that we would not receive an equivalent classification vehicle when we did receive the rental, and provided us with a small car. We have 3 young children who ride in car seats & boosters (as well as a dog), and the car they provided us with could not safely fit our 3 kids in their seats across back. They told us that our only option would be to pay $40/day to upgrade to an equivalent classification vehicle, which equates to ~$1200/month. We strongly felt this was not an affordable or reasonable request, given that we had just spent our money on buying a brand new vehicle from them. Ultimately, if a small car is what suited our family's needs, that is what we would have purchased - we paid the higher cost to buy an SUV for a reason. I would add that the employees at the dealership ask you to write a 5 star review on Google after purchase, and I feel that a lot of the positive reviews below here reflect this request. While we did not have any issues with the sales rep we dealt with, at no point in this exceptionally frustrating experience did anyone from the management side attempt to make contact to even offer as much as an apology for the stress that it added for us. We have just received our vehicle back, but at this point, it has been unusable longer than it has been usable. We would not have purchased a Honda if we knew this would be their customer service standard. More

Went into service department to have a banging noise looked at on my 2024 Honda CRV. They proceeded to tell me if it is not warranty work I will have to pay $58.00 for the mechanic to look at my car. Once I questioned their motive the service guy got extremely rude. This will be the last time I will ever purchase a car from them. My advice go to Belleville Honda or Brockville Honda. More
