insurance problems I dealt with John Helsby and you could not ask for a better sales man. John Was very patient as I was waiting for a check from the insurance company f I dealt with John Helsby and you could not ask for a better sales man. John Was very patient as I was waiting for a check from the insurance company from an accident. They took 2 weeks to get a check to me. John help me choose a truck that suited me and much like the one I had. He then held it with a small down payment as we waited. He was not pushy at all but he knew what I had and what I would be happy with. I dealt with another dealership in the past and after 3 days they finally returned my calls and visits. John returned every call as soon as he could (he even called me from home to make sure everything was ok). Over all a very good experience when I dealt with John.
