I had been in the market for a new car and looked at almost every dealership in town. I eventually decided to buy from Kingston Dodge because of the excellent customer service provided by my salesperson as well as the competitive pricing. Buying a car as a 20 something year old was an interesting experience. I had went to almost every dealer in town and depending on where I went I was treated very differently. A handful of salespeople that I interacted with never gave me the time of day, likely assuming I was a young kid not interested in actually purchasing a vehicle. Other salespersons would focus the conversation around my parents when they accompanied me as though I was a kid and could not have an informed and educated conversation about purchasing a vehicle. The service I received from Colin on the other hand was phenomenal. He is kind, hardworking and will really try his best to ensure that you are having the best experience possible. His work ethic, easy to get along with personality and devotion for the customer made my experience excellent. I was very pleased with the service that Colin had provided me from the moment I stepped onto the lot to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle. We contacted Rick again by phone and arranged a demonstration drive in the vehicle we were considering. Rick was very knowledgeable and can spew vehicle details and costs from memory with great abandon. We bought the RAM 1500 with the features we wanted. We found the dealership personnel very friendly, accommodating, instantly reactive to all our queries, and delivered the vehicle to us on the date and time promised. The customer service was superb and we were extremely impressed and thankful for all the help and advise we got from them. At that time we dealt with Steve Cheesman , who went above and beyond his job to help us. Recently we decided to get a second car, and my first choice was a Jeep Wrangler, so off I went to Kingston Dodge again. I was not disappointed. The customer service was exceptional once again. Used car purcahse - Great value! I recently purchased a used 2016 Elantra from Kingston Dodge. I had done extensive research online and while I was initially drawn to this dealership I recently purchased a used 2016 Elantra from Kingston Dodge. I had done extensive research online and while I was initially drawn to this dealership for a Chevy, the pricing, features and age of the Elantra made it a no-brainer for me. Kyle Goodwins was an aweseome salesperson, listening to everything and answering every question I had. He could tell from only a few text messages prior to the first test drive that my mind was more or less made up and never tried to push or pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. From what I could see their pricing across the board was competitive and customer service was 10/10 from beginning to end. I cannot speak to the service department except to say that each time I visited the dealership there seemed to be an upbeat atmosphere in the entire place. More
