Service was very good. I was driving from Montreal when I reached in Toronto, noise was coming from under the engine, luckily I was closed to Kingscross Hyundai, I went the I was driving from Montreal when I reached in Toronto, noise was coming from under the engine, luckily I was closed to Kingscross Hyundai, I went there they look under the car and found out the engine cover (plastic) cracked and hanging, I asked him (Garman Fung) to remove it and put new cover, He order the cover and I had to go back next day from Mississauga and replaced. S U V is only 14 months old with 15000Km, no reason to cracked. I have to checked with my dealer in Brossard Quebec its still under the warranty. Service was very good. More

Edwin Ho was recommended to me, and he diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, informed me the repair was covered by the warranty and said that they could have it fixed in about an hour if I had the time. As I was concerned about this issue prior to heading out of the city, had no appointment, and really had no expectation of an immediate diagnosis of a random intermittent problem, this was excellent. Service Department was rude! Went to Kingscross on a Friday around 2 because my oil light was going on and off and I just purchased (1500km). "no" "then you should go back to where you bought it!" He wouldn't even look at me and said that I could leave my keys and he would look at it when he could. I was expecting them to be busy, but he was extremely rude and wasn't even interested when I just walked out the door after he took my information. Very unfriendly and I will never go back there again. I will drive the 1 hr to Toronto Hyundai. More
