Oil change with dealer $3 off coupon October 27 2016 I'm a long time KC service customer for warranty work and oil change service only. My daughter takes our Sante Fe in for an oil change service with a $3 off coupon sent to me by the dealership. When paying she presents the coupon to Edwin Ho who takes the coupon and indicates it was applied. I review invoice that night and note it was not applied. I call today and demand the return of $3 which they tell me I can credit or pick up. I choose the later. Shame on Edwin for blatantly lying to a young lady. Complete lack of customer regard!!! More

Salesman took me to his manager, who was one of the rudest person I ever dealt with. I asked for a quote and told him that I will compare the price at other dealerships. He refused to provide one and accused me that I am playing games with him, all for asking for a quote. what a xxxxing joke. I am not sure who hired him as a manager. I am not sure how are they in business to be honest. More

The person who scheduled me over the phone did not clarify this though he knows my concern.Edwin Ho dismissed me right away without any apologies for the mistake that Hyundai employee caused me.He did not even offered me alternative schedule. Employees here lack accountability of the actions of co-employee. Edwin Ho is arrogant and doesn't know what customer focus means. Clearly Hyundai needs to train their employees. Very bad after sales service. Will not recommend Hyundai to other friends. Good when they are selling the car. Poor after sales service. More

I've owned a brand new Hyundai for less than a year and have less than 35000 km on it and the foreman tells me the rotors and brake pads are completely gone. Fine... Then he threatens that he will not let me take my vehicle to another mechanic and that the only way o can take my car is by paying for a tow... I left in tears - I will recommend to anyone I know not only not to deal with this dealership but not to buy a Hyundai because such a young fully loaded SUV should never have this issue- back to honda More

If only I could give less than a star I will. One of their staff, Jamir, never welcome you and just give you straight answers like yer or no. Not even detailed to the car and if you becomes bold or specific to even just any engine questions to a car, he will change the topic like "but the color is nice" so unprofessional. I was just really like the car and research about it by myself that's why I'm fully decided when I went to a dealership near me. Never gives me an update that I have to call them till I have to asked for my deposit money back. More

When I called from the street in the midst of traffic I asked if they were able to replace the tires today. After being asked the size of the tires and not knowing the answer off hand, the service respresentitive's response was "well if you don't know the size of the tires I can't help you". Obviously, I'm not trained in this situation and was very upset at the time. At this stage (150PM, Saturday) he advised that if I did not have my vehicle there before 3pm that I should "not be surprised" if they told me the car couldn't be fixed until Monday. So instead, I borrowed a spare tire from a friend, instead of getting help from a trusted local Hyundai dealership in a time of need who were only willing to give me excuses. More

Salesman Noor Ahmed was very unhelpful. Also be wary of these reviews as they are all written by the staff and asked to the customer to post the reviews in the showroom. They sale new vehicle with mechanical problem... next day on Friday I took my car to them and showed my Dual switch A/C button doesn’t work... they checked and told me they are going to order to Hyundai, and once it arrives I have to come to replace that parts... My question is that if I buy a new car why should I come for repair and spend my time for it??? I wanted to change my car and talk to their big Boss, but they didn’t agree. They are really HORRIBLE... They don't care about the customer at all, only care about their profit. I recommend everybody please, not to go to Kingscross Hyundai car dealer to buy any vehicle. There are lot of dealership care about their customers. More
Bought new santa Fe Sport Dealt with Ruben and Jonathan. Both were able to recognize what kind of customers we were and best way to conduct business with us.Other Hyundai deale Dealt with Ruben and Jonathan.
