Hyundai sonata I bought brand new sonata from them first they delayed the delivery and since it was a new car in excitement i notice later that it has dent on roof. I told the salesperson next day who served me but due to busy schedule i was not able to see him for while but on my first service which was in 2 months i went there and i asked them to fix it they told it will not be on us and asked me if i want to fix it than it will cost around 1500$ which is unprofessional. I highly dont recommend as they dont give any good deal also. More

Bad Service! And a Temper Tantrum!!! Dont deal with Ivan Wu. I came to comparison shop today and because another Hyundai dealership (Toronto Hyundai, where customer service and price coun Dont deal with Ivan Wu. I came to comparison shop today and because another Hyundai dealership (Toronto Hyundai, where customer service and price counts) could offer me a cheaper price on a 2017 Elantra and I didnt buy a car from Ivan. He raised his voice at me in the showroom!! Saying he wasted 2 hrs and I didnt buy anything!! And walked away while I was talking. Excuse me, I had no idea, I HAD to buy a car from him today, just because I wanted to shop around. He threw a temper tantrum like a 3 yr old, and was rude and insulting. I spoke to his boss Kenneth, he needs to control his anger. I have the right to pick and choose where I buy a car from, im not obligated to buy anything from anyone, kiss your refferal goodbye, and a new car deal. Dont waste your time dealing with people like Ivan who cant graciously say goodbye and show customer service because there was no deal. Beware! More

Terrible service, and I wouldn't recommend going to this dealer or buying a Hyundai at this point. I thought Hyundai had good service - but Kingscross Hyundai has been nothing but a pain. Jeremy has been frustrating to deal with and hasn't been able to correct the issue with my car. More
Customer Service Who? Awful customer service.. I have been going to them since 2013 and loved everything about them (even how pricey they were compared to everywhere else) Awful customer service.. I called the Service Department to ask for some sort of "Summary of Services" I have gotten for my vehicle since I bought it because I am wanting to sell my vehicle and provide this "summary" to the potential buy without needing to go through multiple receipts and work orders. I explained all this to the lady at reception and she kept saying "No. Due to privacy and confidentiality, we don't do that. You should have all the receipts." As a customer for a few years, I'd hope to at least get some leverage or a little assistance from them, but the lady proceeded to yell at me and kept say "No. That's why you were given copies of the receipts and work orders, just use those." Can you imagine buying a used vehicle and receiving numerous paperwork for the mechanical services that's been done on the vehicle? Some of the receipts are old and faded, so that won't be helping anybody. I don't get how hard it is to just summarize the dates I've gone to visit the shop, and what services I have received. There was no need to yell and keep repeating yourself like a broken record without the concern for anything I was saying (I had explained my situation in 3 different ways, but all received the same exact answer.) The lady didn't even apologize for not being able to do anything for me. Worst customer service ever! More

The main concern I have is their sales service rep assogned to my vehicle lacked accountability. Thats really all you want from a service level. A consumer knows the cost is always a %50 mark up. The main dissapointment is the the job was fine. Its always fine. In fact part of the reason I used them was at the behest of my mom who was a long time client. Maybe they grew complacent? However for me customer service and net promoter score is paramount to who I do business with. I can respect sincere and honest sales representatives. However with my servicing I don't just tell people to choose a better operation with higher ratings I demand that if King Cross was sincere they would win my business back with %50 discount on a future job. What would get a consumer so upset? When you go to pick up your car and nobody knows where it is because the representative is AWOL or sick. That the rep trying to be accountable is undermined by the disorganization and adhoc manner that management seems to allow their business to be run. That when you finally get a chance to confront the sales guy entrusted with the fact that ratings are poor online and they should be mindful that people have an outlet to express their dissapointment they respond in a flippant manner as though to express contempt for the demands of consumers who worked hard for their money and are trying to choose someone that values that money and business. I will never give my keys to someone at Kingcross Hyundai. The manager was not prepared to make it right and by the time accountability was realized it came fruitless because it was given by the person who's lap this fell on. Poor kid. Not enough authority to do anything meaningful. I received a call late into the month when it was realized my twitter following was modestly considerable. However my mind was made up. In fact I still get emails now with the wrong name asking for my business from this operation and it only aggravated me further to write out this diatribe. My demand is simple. You want to fix it and make it right? I want half off on business because its not about the money. Its about accountability. Its about acknowledging delays, mistakes, costs and being fair to a client. The demands are no different than what one expects at a restaurant or a bank or a lawyer or a doctor. People work hard for their money. I tell them get its value by visiting someone who respects you. Fundamentally thats all anyone really wants. More

Mixed feelings Imtiaz was perfect. Helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist though was rude and gave terrible service. She spoke to all the customers like we Imtiaz was perfect. No smiling and I even caught her shopping online. Andrew was terrible and rude. The receptionist and Andrew seem more interested in flirting with each other thank serving customers properly. Need lessons in being professional and offering customer service. I have bought five Hyundais with excellent customer service like Imtiaz. Receptionist and Andrew do NOT fit in with Hyundai. More
