Edwin Ho was recommended to me, and he diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, informed me the repair was covered by the warranty and said that they could have it fixed in about an hour if I had the time. As I was concerned about this issue prior to heading out of the city, had no appointment, and really had no expectation of an immediate diagnosis of a random intermittent problem, this was excellent. "no" "then you should go back to where you bought it!" He wouldn't even look at me and said that I could leave my keys and he would look at it when he could. I was expecting them to be busy, but he was extremely rude and wasn't even interested when I just walked out the door after he took my information. Very unfriendly and I will never go back there again. I will drive the 1 hr to Toronto Hyundai. More
