I had a pleasant experience. I had a pleasant experience dealing with a Service Manager by the name of Edwin Ho. He was VERY HELPFUL when it came to the final bill for the install I had a pleasant experience dealing with a Service Manager by the name of Edwin Ho. He was VERY HELPFUL when it came to the final bill for the installation of a replacement right wheel well cover. He made sure that the final bill accurately reflected the correct amount for the labor required to install it - and for that I am most grateful. Edwin is one of the many reasons I will be back to KingsCross Hyundai for future service (as needed) on our 2016 Santa Fe. More
Too long waiting time This is the first time I booked for a Saturday appointment. It was probably busy but then I still expected that everything will be on time considering This is the first time I booked for a Saturday appointment. It was probably busy but then I still expected that everything will be on time considering I have an appointment. My appointment is 9:10 but was called 25 minutes later by one of the advisors. After discussing with the advisor what I need I was told that my car will be finished by 11:00 AM. Since it's almost 10:00 AM I decided that I will just wait. I was called at the reception at probably 11:45 and my car was ready and to pay. That is at least 45 minutes later than I was promised. I went to my car only to find out that my thermostat was changed to F from C which I am not familiar. I went back inside to tell the advisor and a technician was called. So I probably left the car shop at around 11:55 AM. That is 2 hours and 45 min waiting time. At least my car was clean when I received it. :) More

Great support. Very dedicated , welcoming and detailed service team. I especially appreciate Garman Fung and Jeramie who are very attentive and supportive. I have been coming to this dealership for 19 years and three cars later. Each time my car comes in, it is inspected on exterior prior to appt and a review is done online to see if any recalls are associated. Nice to have the work completed while your there to save another visit. When work like oil change is complete your car is washed. Very nice More

Garman Fung the assistant service manager was very help Our Antenna cap came off of 2016 Sonata, while driving, the day after the ice and snow storm. Garman Fung the assistant service manager was very helpful. I sent him a picture and he knew right away that the entire assembly would need to be replaced and not just the cap. I took the car in for an inspection and he sent the picture to Hyundai HQ and they confirmed that it would be replaced under the warranty. Garman always maintains good follow up while I am waiting and gives me a reasonable estimate it will take to repair. Great Service. More

I always find staff here very helpful and polite. Imtiyaz was very helpful and took care of my concerns in a timely fashion. He was very busy but managed to squeeze me in for my emergency.
