I bought a car from them, and they installed a license plate cover with their dealership name without informing me. Because of that cover, I received a fine from the police for having an obstructed plate. When I contacted Farid and the team at Kingcross Hyundai, they showed zero interest, offered no apology, and took no responsibility for their mistake. This shows the kind of dishonest and careless business they run. It’s deeply disappointing to see such unethical and careless practices from a dealership representing a major brand. Dealers should act responsibly and ensure customers do not face legal trouble because of their actions. They only care about making a sale, not their customers. Be warned — avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want to deal with fines and rude, unprofessional behaviour afterwards. More
