I bought a 2022 Kis K5 in Feb of 2022. It's been nothing but trouble - one of those vehicles that won't start when it's cold - and they can't figure it out. Three winters of frustration. Now the problem is with tires - after 26,000 km the rear tires are completely worn out and one shredded on Saturday leaving me stranded on the highway. Now I can't get anyone from the dealer to call me back - no one will talk to me to explain why an AWD vehicle that is supposedly brand new has such a thing happen (the front ties are in good condition). You get nothing but a runaround from sales to service to parts and no one cares about you after the sale is done. The staff does make you feel like you are a nuisance - after being back about a dozen times in 2 years I likely am a nuisance, but the car doesn't run right, even when it starts. I must say they do provide a loaner or rental when they can't get something fixed - I have driven other cars for over 2 months in the winter when mine is a dead duck again! - I RUE the day I ever set foot in their dealership. DON'T BUY A KIA! More

I wish after being a 12 year customer, i would be treated better. My last 2 times i visited, I left crying from being treated with disrespect and taken advantage of. I am selling my kia soon as i cannot fathom dealing with this dealership any longer. I went for an oil in october and said i heard a noise on driver backside, only for it to be my tire bolt loose. Instead of being a courtesy, i was charged a full diagnostic TO TIGHTEN A TIRE BOLT that they claim took an hour to diagnose. I do not believe them for a second. I asked for at least being charged half and they refused saying it took an hour to determine my tire was loose. Never ever buy a kia, no customer service left at this place in saskatoon. More

Do not do business with FFUN Kia of Saskatoon. They will happily sell you a car, but they do not respect their warranty policies and their customer's time and money. Dropped a 2014 Kia Soul to this dealer one week ago. I have been calling twice a day trying to get a diagnositc on why the car is losing power. This is in line with the car they have sold me that continues to have many issues. Im extremely disappointed. Once your car is getting serviced it takes a week to hear back... but I bet they would sell me another lemon in half an hour. More
