Typical Used Car Salesman Garbage They put bait cars in Kijiji for $2995 supposedly heavily discounted, like what dealer would reduce the price of a vehicle by half anyway? So I called They put bait cars in Kijiji for $2995 supposedly heavily discounted, like what dealer would reduce the price of a vehicle by half anyway? So I called in, end of the day, and told Chase I would take the vehicle, full price, subject to financing and then talked to Kelley and she took my information and said she would call in the morning but Chase called early and said I was approved for financing but the vehicle was sold but he had other similar vehicles. So I spent $100 for a taxi from Biggar and arrived with my licence plate to find that he had not told me that they could not finance under $7000. So supposedly "somebody had put an offer" on this vehicle after 5:45 when I told Chase I would take it and before 10:00 when I arrived. CarGurus, more slimebags, claimed the same vehicle on their page, same exact listing, could be had for aprox. $70 per month. But it was all a setup and now they have new bait cars same deal with same financing checkmark right on the ad but if you go in there you will hear about the $7000 or more financing story. Kelly and Chase acted so nice and I am sure if you spent big money there they would be the nicest persons you every met but they treated me wrong and I am not finished telling everyone who will listen about it. CBC Marketplace? Go look the bait cars are on KIjiji just type in up to $3000. So in good faith I gave personal information, which I regret, and went 100km, 200 round trip with my plate and documents fully expecting to sign my name and drive home with a similar vehicle only to find I was being played. Chase actually had no similar vehicles and was looking up vehicles on the net as if I could not do that myself at home. More

Once we decided to lease the vehicle, the one we were looking for automatically appeared. They then lied about it having a remote car starter to charge us another $5 a month. Once the papers were signed, they then informed us there was no car starter and they would have to install it. Apparently, during installation, they scratched the bumper. It has been over a week and no communication from the dealer. Terrible customer service. I am in a sales profession and I will never buy a vehicle from the Ffun Group ever again. More

Do your research! They will say anything My fiance and I took a visit to Kia of Saskatoon last Thursday. This was by far the WORST visit to a dealership we've ever experienced. We dealt w My fiance and I took a visit to Kia of Saskatoon last Thursday. This was by far the WORST visit to a dealership we've ever experienced. We dealt with Larry initially, and Chase Mallory (the sales manager) would come out of his office to answer any question we had asked Larry. We came in for a quote and pre approval. I had to utter the words "pre approval" about 7 times that night, as they kept forgetting we wanted to sleep on it and get back to them. They lied about the 260KM on the new car we were interested in, and Chase Mallory kept drawing lines and making us sign every quote he provided as a way to make sure we couldn't ask for a different price. They will tell you absolutely anything you want to hear to get you into a car and if you question them, they jump on the defensive, with absolutely no care for the customer. Luckily we did our research and due diligence and avoided purchasing from Chase Mallory and Larry. We purchased the Kia we wanted, at a much more reasonable price, in Regina. I also took it a step further by talking to Travis, who is Chase Mallorys manager. Travis made it clear he was not interested in what I had to say when at the end of the call he says "so are you gonna buy a car, or are you just calling to tell me all this?" If you would like additional details of the lies and gross service from Chase Mallory and the team of unproffessionals at Kia of Saskatoon, please don't hesitate to contact me. This has all been documented and reported to corporate Kia, in hopes they do a large clean up in this dealership. More
