I always receive the best service. Lately its been exceptional. My last visits were with Katelyn Field. We have two cars. One from Kia, one from BMW, and the service I get from Katelyn from Newmarket Kia really embarrasses BMW in its customer service and vehicle service experience. From the moment I walked in I had all my questions answered and everything explained on my invoice. My car was cleaned and the quality of work was also exceptional. We purchased a new Sorento in September from Kia of Newmarket. Our experience was a favorable one. It was by chance that the pickup date for the new vehicle was on my birthday and Jennifer went the extra mile with birthday banner and balloons. We have a Korean exchange student living with us who is only nine years old and Jay was able to make him welcome in his own language. Jennifer continued her good work by providing each of us with a gift as well. Sean was delighted by his gift of a soccer ball! Obviously Jennifer was listening to Sean's interests when they first meet. It didn't end there. Jennifer took more than an hour with me to point out all the aspects of the vehicle. She is a very dedicated and joyfull person, who was willing to go the extra mile. The team at Kia of Newmarket did a bang up job of making my first car buying experience an awesome one. Fast forward a year later when I went to purchase the car and I made a point to seek out Blake again. He was just as patient and willing to help as he was when I first walked in. Jennifer Newlove was an amazing salesperson. Being a former sales associate myself, I know how to treat someone with respect and make them happy. Jennifer did all of that and more. The service experience from the time I entered the dealership to the time I left was all first class. Stephanie was extremely pleasant (as always) and was ready for me at the appointed time. She offered coffee, told me the service would take between 45 to 60 minutes. Not only was it ready within the 60 minutes indicated, they also went to the trouble of washing the car for me.
